I got my mothers birthday cake from here. They’re cakes are so delicious! Not sickly sweet, more lovely and fluffy like a mousse. Everyone raved about it! And most importantly my mum was so happy with her cake!

Fatayer, fatayer, fatayer! I am addicted to fatayer and this is the best place to get them if you can’t get ahold of your favourite Lebanese baker.
These little bundles of delightful dough are stuffed with meat, spinach or feta. oh man… I am drooling just thinking about them!
I have tried some of their sweets and Im not a major fan, but I really just want the dang fatayer anyways!

So that cheap and delicious pita concoction I was talking about? It’s called Manouch Zataar and it’s phenomenal. I visited today to pick up six that I chopped up for an office potluck. It was enjoyed by all and only cost me $ 15 even!

The Golden Bakery is located along the Bedford Hwy. It is sort of tucked in, so easy to drive by. However, you will not want to do so, because it is worth watching for.
You walk in to this magnificent display case of mouthwatering pastries.
This place is bigger than it looks. There are wonderful sections of speciality items.
They actually specialize in pita bread, which I did not know.
They do catering, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pastries, and of course fabulous breads. They will also cater events for you.
Out the door I went with some pita bread and a loaf of fresh baked french loaf for supper.
The store is wonderful and staff is equally as nice.
