The owner was very nice and accommodating. The fact that this place is dog friendly was extremely appealing to us so that’s why we chose it. The location is amazing. The view of the cliff with the water is very relaxing. They have horse shoe toss and a fire pit for the guests also 2 pools. They have food on site with a restaurant. Would have been great if they delivered to the room. The kitchen was stocked as much as a home kitchen would be, full fridge and stove. Had coffee and tea along with a kettle. Ours had olive oil and pancake mix. The cost of the cabin was ok. We paid 130 plus tax for 2 bedroom. The mattress felt great and it was clean. Great time. Friendly people.

Our little convoy was en route to a small restaurant that we’d eaten at a few years back but my navigator went rogue and got us turned around and completely separated from my Mother in Law that was heading the pack. Remembering that you find the best places when you’re lost we chose not to race after M.I.L. but motored on until we happened to see a roadside sign for this place. It’s a nice B&B as with an attached restaurant that proclaimed a meatloaf special for $ 8.50 on its outdoor menu board. Not having driven from Montréal to sample meatloaf we ordered the freshest most delicious lobster roll I’d had since forever. It was accompanied by a simple salad and home made vinaigrette that was crisp and refreshing. Seeing as the meal wasn’t heavy we had room for dessert, yay! Navs got the butterscotch cream pie that she’s still talking about and I had their crème brûlée that put some Montréal restaurants to shame. The crust was perfectly crunchy and the crème so smooth and rich that another bowl seemed like the best idea ever. Absolutely delicious. Go taste for yourself!
