I had a recent issue with the driver’s side mirror on my 20 year old car. I always cringe when things like this happen as parts can be difficult to find.
When I initially took my car into R & S the mechanic taped the mirror up into a driveable position and assured me that he would be able to find a replacement part. Sure enough I received a phone call later that day letting me know that a part had been found elsewhere in the province.
A week later I was able to take in my car to have the new mirror put on. I was impressed with how quickly the work was done and that I was able to retrieve my car on my lunch break. I was also surprised by how reasonable the bill was compared to work I have had done in the past.
Overall my experience with R & S was fantastic. The employees were all friendly and helpful, and the quality of work was great. I will definitely consider them next time I need repair work done.
