This Sushi store is the one that you should never missed in Langley. Fresh ingredient, excellent customer services, and various choices made Hanabi become my favorite Japanese restaurant. Personally, I recommend you to try the Hanabi Lunch box, Chicken Kasu Don, and beef yaki soba.

Really good Ebi Gyoza. And sunomo. I hate when sunomo is too sweet and has too many noodles. This was vinegary as i like it and had jus the right amount of noodles. No overcompensating. And the Ebi Gyoza was wonderful! Not deep fried or greasy. The ebi had a nice texture as i bit into it and having the whole prawn inside was a nice touch as opposed to minced like i’ve had elsewhere.
I won’t rate the sushi as I have a favorite elsewhere in Langley… But the sushi is nicely presented as i’ve seen it go by to other tables. The people are super nice too and the service fine.
Unfortunately it’s next door to a nail salon and the odors from there do seep in from time to time… but this is a great place for me when i’m craving japanese, just not sushi.
