First, I agree with some of the other posters that nandos is overpriced. it just is. That said, I’ve always been happy to wait a modest amount of time for decent food that is hot and fresh and tasty. I’ve never gotten food from under a lamp here, its always made to order. The garlic bread is one of my favorite things here. a good charcoal flavour comes through in the chicken and the veggies are good, although they do use too much oil to satisfy the north american pallette where everything that doesn’t have oil, should have oil added LOL. Lastly, I’ve always gotten good service at nandos. I would definitely recommend nandos, with the caveat that prepare to spend too much money, but some might say its worth it. all good.

Nandos isn’t bad. It’s decent quality food quickly. The problem I have is the value. Honestly its a rip off. I ordered a chicken pita. No side. My husband got rice and 2 chicken skewers. 1 fountain pop. Almost 30 dollars?! My pita was about half the size it should have been. Taste was ok. Nothing special. It’s really not worth it. I would rather go to a nice restaurant if I’m spending that much.

My face is of fire. I like Nando’s but always make the mistake of getting my quarter chicken hot instead of say the lemon. Then I pour way too much garlic Peri-Peri sauce on my fries because it tastes so good. Then it gets under my tongue and is game over for me. All my fault, but totally worth it.
I’ve never had a bad meal here. Sometimes when it’s busy the service becomes a little sketchy but nothing that a good chicken meal won’t let me overlook. I also appreciate that you can get a beer with your meal. It’s fast food selection but nice to have the option.

I have had both good and bad experiences here. Of course the bad always sticks out… but I will be positive and start with that. The food is fresh, and the atmosphere is nice. It’s clean and there is usually lots of parking. My bad experience is where I made an order to go, people who I believe knew the person taking the order came afterwards and got their meals before me. I was not impressed, mainly because we ordered the same thing!
Hope this is a one time experience because it was horrible customer service.
The other bad is they prices are a bit on the high side.
