Love the products but have a problem with their service. They are so busy and usually only have 1 cashier open. When you get to the cashier, she takes her sweet time wrapping up your product, chit chatting and moves like a sloth. What really irritated me was waiting in line for 20 minutes, then finally getting up there and they do the ‘can I have your email’ thing. Can we just move along?! There were at least 6 people behind me. Makes me not want to go on my lunch break because it takes an hour to buy one thing.

Super busy store due to their excellent customer service! I went there during their 50% off sale event, and purchased about $ 650 in lighting fixtures. The manager was so friendly and made sure all my needs were met! Even though they were out of a lot of items because they were so busy, their exceptional customer service and care definitely made up for it! Love my new chandeliers, and they arrived exactly on time, which helped me plan my renos perfectly. I recommend this location to anyone and will be back very soon!

Love this store! yes the décor i could die for and go insanely mental over all the differents styles, So much of the time i just dream and brouse around. I did though purchase $ 100 worth of stuff and i guess that wasnt enough for the young clerk to help me. Stood at the front till(no one in front of me) ready to purchase, and smiled at the one clerk who looked my way, the other didnt even acknowlege me. Then the other finally said«Hello»(like duh, yeah i am standing right in front of you… log off your facecrack and give me some service!) Then they kinda both looked at each other like«hmm, you wanna take this one?» So i get the girl who apparently is mute, and did not say one word to me at all! If i wasnt in such a good mood that day, I would’ve asked her for her name and complained to head office, but instead i am on here b**ching and it feels good. Thank-you!

If I could just pack the contents of Urban Barn into my home I would be so happy. I love love love some of their stuff. A room divider made of dried bamboo canes? That is soooo cool! I didn’t find the exact thing I needed today, so made it out without flaming the credit card today, but it was a close one. I almost bought a noodle rug and some wall art. The staff here are always nice and they are avialable without shadowing me… PERFECT. I realize that most Unilocalers are downtown types, so if you plan to come out to have a big box shopping orgy weekend in Langley, make sure this Urban Barn is on your list.
