I used to love kiwi kraze. They were the cheaper froyo option in the city for quite a while. Now? Don’t waste your time. When we walked in there was not a staff member to be found. When one did appear they watched me like a hawk while I put toppings on my yogurt. The flavour selection was mediocre at best. There were 2 fruit flavours. The rest were some variation of chocolate, vanilla or coffee. The froyo itself was a weird consistency. Usually frozen yogurt is creamy and tart. This stuff was like sorbet and was really watery. The topping selection was sad. Two fruit options(blueberry and strawberry) and even the brownies and cookie dough were empty. The tall dispensers were pretty lame too. Two of them were empty and out of the few that were left, two were sprinkles. Sorry Kiwi Kraze, I’m going to stick with Chil and Menchies from now on. Their staff are friendly.

A nice refreshing change from run of the mill ice cream. Line moves quickly, staffs friendly. Conveniently located next to a Starbucks for those who prefer coffee with their cold dessert :)

This was one of the worst encounters I’ve ever had with«frozen yogurt». The décor is fun and spacious but the yogurt tastes like ice milk with sugar. No tartness whatsoever and all options are non-fat so it’s more like eating sorbet. So very disappointing! I tried a few flavors and ended up throwing out at least half of what I bought. There is very little difference between the flavours anyway. And I’ve never thrown away frozen yogurt or ice cream… never. I get the novelty of this place but what is the point when the product is terrible? I’d never come back here. I prefer the ice-milk cones from McDonalds if I’m in the mood for bad ice cream(can’t imagine why). At least the price reflects the quality.

This place is amazing! I moved to London in September and have lost count of how many times I’ve been. They change flavors all the time and I have yet to try one I didn’t like. The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is great. They are open late too, which is a plus for students. They have fun deals through facebook, and text message so you almost always get a discount. Go! But be warned; it’s addicting!

This is a great concept. I have gone once a week since it opened. They change up the flavors weekly and the price cannot be beat. Fav frozen yogurt flavor to date is California Tart which tastes like cheesecake! Always friendly staff, lines move quickly, and they have fantastic daily/weekly promotions. Hope the line ups don’t stop after summer is over!!!

My first visit to Kiwi Kraze was a recent evening when they were helping raise funds for the Junior Knights. Truly I didn’t know what to expect, but was delighted to see the the variety of yummy frozen yoghurt flavours and the serve-yourself buffet. The concept of «pay by the ounce» is fabulous. Have as much or as little as you like. We’ll be back for sure. Even on a PACKED evening, the line moved through quickly, and we were enjoying our treats in only a few minutes from when we arrived.
