Tummy To Mummy

I stopped in here with another preggo friend of mine and we had a lovely time browsing through this cute little shop. They had a large selection of environmentally friendly/​organic products for baby and mommy. The lady who was running the shop is pregnant with her second child and was really knowledgeable and helpful. She recommended a great support band for my friend who is a runner and discussed the options for her. The also had a few options for maternity wear, but I found they were a little overpriced for just being regular cotton. The price suggested they might be bamboo or organic cotton. They had a really big selection of cloth diapers for 9.00 which is very reasonable and a good selection of carriers including the Mobi Wrap and Ergo. They also had a great selection of Melissa and Doug wooden toys. I didn’t make any purchases as most of the items I can get at local shops here in the city, but it was a fun place to stop in for a look. It was a good time to go because it was really quiet as the tourist season won’t hit for a while yet.
