Some good some inedible, if you are going to serve sushi it should be good quality. The sushi we revived was partially frozen, tasteless inedible.
Other items such as teriyaki don were good.
I send a message to allow a chance to communicate this to the business but received no response.
They lost stars for that and the frozen sushi.
I will likely eat there again but not have the sushi.

this is me and my boyfriends absolute favourite go to place when we are out in maple ridge, which is often. we go about every other week. all the food ive tried here has been above average. they are pretty humble and not super talkative, which is fine, you always know what to expect. I have not been disappointed going here, the food is delicious.

This place just gets better and better every time we go. Standing back watching the waiting staff and guys behind the sushi counter work extremely hard to serve everyone is great, hard working staff deserve our great tips and patience… to all the impatient people this place is worth the wait and the money and the lunch box is great too, 3 cheers!

It’s amazing what delicious sushi you will find outside of Vancouver, especially in Maple Ridge of all places! Maple Ridge seems to have a million sushi places and Ebi Sushi is definitely one of my favourite (so far!) Definitely more pricey once you head out of Vancouver but always delicious and worth the extra bucks. My boyfriend is a fan of the sashimi, while I am more interested in their super rolls which are more elaborate rolls with wonderful flavors like their baked salmon roll that literally melts in your mouth or their wide selection of deep fried rolls. The restaurant is small and always busy but the service is always fast and friendly. My boyfriend and I usually get takeout, ready in 20mins and 10% off pick up!
