Since the last year 2020, they don't provide any rental car, shuttle service for clients. They keep saying due to Covit-19 hard to hire anyone for shuttle service driver or contract Uber excuses after excuses. The Markham BMW or Don valley Lexus has the best customer service in Markham. I would never purchase another Audi in my life, period.

I purchased my first Audi from Audi Uptown 5 years ago and constantly have gone back to the dealer for service. Certainly the best dealership in the GTA. Sales and service is excellent and will return for the next Audi

Worst Dealership I have ever experienced from buying a car to dealing with the service department.
They don’t have any customer service skills or experience in the service department. Seems like they only care about making money and not caring who they have to rip off/lie to to get it. Audi is a beautiful car but please buy it somewhere else! Don’t even think they are worth the 1 star.

They are good at what they do — sell cars. Drove by one day this year, just wanted to get info. Sales person was not pushy but smart, knew I really wanted this car and asked me what he could do to earn my business that day. Got a steep discount and bought the car the same day. Love it, would buy another one again when the lease ends
