Lots of place make these«egg waffle», so what makes this place so special? It is LITERALLY in the little things. They cut little holes in their paper bags to help air it after, and before they put it in, they first fanned it to «crisp it up». They do it regardless of how many people are waiting. No one complains because people understood that what’s make it so good. THAT’S what make theirs best in the city. Oh, how can I forget the really good sugar cane drinks they have. They spend time shaving the cane(something I don’t see other places do), so no need to do second or third pass with the cane. Simply pure… mmmm…wish I’m still in the area so that I can get another…

What made a perfect egg waffle? It got to be golden in color, crispy outside, and filled with spongy cake in the center. This place makes the egg waffle in perfection. You can tell the batter has a lot of eggs and not just custard powder. This is one of the Hong Kong favorite street snacks. It’s so delicious that you will be on the road to addiction with just a bite! Their sugarcane juice and fruit juice are good as well. No sugar or water are added. 100% pure!
