Fluide Juice Bar

Really liked our soups, juices were good too. Owner is very friendly

was at mont tremblant over the weekend for a yoga festival and thanks to fluide i was able to «eat clean» even after stuffing my face with a giant box of poutine from smokes poutine.
juice: lots of juice options from smoothies to pressed juices. i noticed that they’re not really consistent with making juices because sometimes if they didn’t make enough in the blender they would just toss more ice in there and the flavor gets diluted. i appreciate the health guide for each juice to let you know if a juice is suitable for post workout, pre workout, etc.
food: i’ve only had the vege vegan wrap and it was SO good i got it twice! the nut pâté was so good with grilled kelp, sprouts, spinach, and spinach wrap.
price: $$$$. one juice + one wrap for $ 14 usd.
other than that, thanks for keeping us hydrated and nourished during our stay!

This place is a small juice bar with some vegetarian and vegan goodies. They have a small deli case with vegan and vegetarian salads and wraps. They also have a section with mostly organic bars and snacks. It might be tiny, but it’s the only thing close to a vegetarian or vegan restaurant around here (However I did pass a vegetarian restaurant on the way up off of 117 and I can’t find information about it anywhere. I should have stopped at it). In Saint-​Jovite there are two organic natural markets. I forgot the name of one of them, but the other one is called Rachelle Béry. They are both nice and have good selections for vegans and vegetarians. Rachelle Béry’s selection is a bit better.
I had a «Sandwich du chef (VEGAN)» which was a spinach tortilla filled with a raw nut pâté, sprouts, alfalfa, and grilled algae. It cost $ 5.95, but after tax and the 2% resort royalty and the charge my bank throws on me for international usage, it cost more like $ 7. The wrap was pretty tasty and good but nothing to rave about. The flavors were definitely very interesting, and I mean that in a good way.
This is a really cute place, but it is mostly a juice bar so don’t get your hopes up for having a meal here.
