While in Ottawa for business I found this place while searching for anything but a fast food chain for a quick lunch.
Homemade carrot soup was delishious and the deep fried stuffed ravioli were spicy and decadent.
The place has a fun, whimsical décor and the open concept kitchen is nice to see again.
The chef is a lovely man.
I will visit this place next time I’m in Ottawa for work.

Just had a great meal there. One of the more interesting menus in the city. Unpretentious (just another Ottawa stripmall) but colourful and fun décor. Service was really friendly and perfectly paced. Four out of four diners rated it four stars.

Zuni Grill is one of the hidden gems Nepean has to offer from a culinary perspective. Food is hard to classify but I would say that it’s Indian-​Creole fusion. They have great jambalaya dishes, chicken dishes, seafood and lots of other choices.
The décor is nice, service is great. It’s a family-​owned restaurant and the passion shines in the quality of the food. The wine list is quite good as well.
In terms of price, most dishes are in the $ 12 — $ 18 range but well worth it.
