David’s Bridal

My sister is getting married this weekend! Yippee! She bought her dress at David’s! Boo!
The staff at Davids Bridal are not customer service oriented. My sister and her Matron of honour went to David’s to find a dress and with zero assistance from the staff found just the one she wanted. The sales clerk insisted she put the dress back on and ring a bell. Maybe it was to tell the others that she sold it? Who knows! My sister is mature and not a bridezilla so she went along with it.
David’s staff messed up her fitting appointments and tried to charge her double what she was quoted on her alterations (for the same work originally discussed)
The night she picked up her dress there was a lobby full of angry women who had issues with their dresses.
Not a place I’d recommend.
