So had to buy a new suit and ended up at Queensborough landing. Tried Banana Republic first but had no luck with the selection/fit/cut. Was about to leave and headed to Moores. Have had good luck in the past and walked in. here is the shit part: — no one said boo to me — store was busy but not packed but lots of staff around not a hello or a smile I was about to leave when i was helped by Sunny. Came over and said hello and asked if he could help. I had been in the store for almost a half hour and no one had even asked if i needed help. I told him if bout what happened and said if it wasn’t for him i would’ve walked. Found a great suit and price. Happy with the time put in. But only reason i would go back is because of Sunny. But the rest of the staff could use a refresher on basic customer courtesy.

Horrible customer service at this location. I usually frequent the Metrotown or Richmond Moores and all staff have excellent customer service — without being pushy. They greet customers asking if they can help and if you are just browsing they let you know they are there to assist if desired or they take your measurements so you can browse in the appropriate areas of the store. Diffferent story here — customers are there to fend for themselves whether staff are with other customers or not. I spent 20 minutes at the store without being acknowledged(with the exception of a hello from a tall staff member who was dealing with customers) before leaving in disgust — I refused to give them my business. If you like shopping at Moores, head to another one.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. I have been there 2 times now and both times I was never asked if I needed help even though every single worker was standing around talking to each other and when I went over to ask for help they gave me attitude and wondered what i am doing there trying to ask for help. Horrible horrible customer service both times and even though they might be «trained» about their suits knowledge moors should do a better job in picking better personalities in their workers.

Purchased a suit for the hubsy for a family wedding he was in July 2013. Saleswoman Jessica was wonderful to work with as we tried on different styles and shades of grey. Found one that fit him like a glove: super sexy!!! They were having a charity special: bring in a gently worn dress item and get 50% of the entire bill! It was a score that helped save the bank to be sure. We will return should the need arise again!

I just picked up jeans from Bootlegger and was told these guys will do alterations. I popped in and had the most friendly no-pressure interaction and was taken the the back right away. Kevin was so friendly and approachable. He gave some great tips on future alterations too! I’m definitely going back. Since my initial post about 2 – 3 months ago, as much as I enjoyed Kevin’s service, I would highly NIT recommend to take your expensive jeans there. They entirely mangled my $ 100 Bootlegger jeans, tried to fix it, which didn’t help, and did not even offer an apology or refund. All I got were excuses.

Took my pops here this past weekend to get him a suit. See John W., said pops! I planned to take my dad here specifically for the 2 for 1 sale because if you are paying for it you might as well get the best deal. Needless to say the place was a zoo but it was a well oiled zoo. My dad will look smoking hot walking me down the aisle and on any hot date he has in the future. Now just need to get the fiancé in there :)!
