Ocean’s Wave Van Lines

We were looking for a moving company to help us relocate our one bedroom apartment from Vancouver to Toronto. We researched several companies and by chance, I came across the Ocean’s Wave Van Lines truck on the street in Vancouver. Yaksel was extremely friendly and helpful when I approached him and inquired about their services. He gave me the head office’s contact number where I talked to Jenn Johnson, and she provided us with a very reasonable quote. It was for approximately $ 1200, while everyone else seemed to be charging about $ 2500. She answered my multiple questions and responded to my emails in a timely manner.
The great level of service continued when the two movers showed up to pick up our things at storage. Yaksel and his partner did an exceptional job, packing our things with great care. Towards the end of the day, he even offered to put in a good word for us with the driver that would be picking up our stuff in Toronto.
It has now been a month that we have been in Toronto and we have found ourselves in a situation that we have to move again. I decided to call Yaksel and, even after two months from our original reaction, he was willing to recommend me a local mover to assist us with our new move.
