This is why I love starbucks because the superior customer service. The store was very crowded and filled with sketchy people.

Wow, what a snob! Being the only decent coffee place on Campus (Douglas College New Westminster location), they don’t feel like they need to provide good products or services. there are no sandwiches or soups.
there’s always a huge line up of students that spoil this Tim Horton’s operator to the point of having no regard for even fundamental things like treating customers pleasantly nor even upholding the hours they committed to, updated on campus websites. they simply close whenever they want, no explanations and the attitude is simply one of arrogance.
while looking for a quick coffee on my way to class, i was turned away rudely hours before their closing time with no explanations or not even an apology.
the good thing is we don’t have to stand for this. the new location only minutes away in the New Westminster Skytrain station is much nicer, have their full menu, and treats you nicely. no point giving your business to someone who doesn’t appreciate you.
