I am not a regular Tim Ho’s person, however, I find that this location lacks in more way than one. Customer service is hit and miss but efficiency at this location has always been an issue. The steeped tea wasn’t hot enough, the chili I had ordered was luke warm and they didn’t carry all the flavors of Tim Bits. Good luck trying to find a seat as it is occupied by camping seniors.

Tim Hortons new sandwich is fundamentally another fraud based claim of a quality sandwich which is a failure

This location is the worst Tim Horton’s out there… the staff is poorly trained at best with no real«manager» on shift and an owner who chooses money over public safety and well being… case in point their delivery service truck parks right next to the store entrance for convince of quick delivery, only one problem and its a massive one… in doing so the truck blocks the whole lane of traffic and the view for pedestrians crossing the crosswalk making it a death trap waiting to happen… when questioned as to why they condone this insane action they stated it makes it easier for the driver and don’t worry we have been doing this forever and no one has been hurt yet… really guys??? Wtf ??? Ur telling me and the public that their well being is not worth the extra few steps the driver would have to take in order to park safely ?? Much like the taste of your bland precooked and prepared goods its worse than pathetic… please if you must have Tim Horton’s Dont support this particular location and if u do look both ways before crossing the now one way street with two way traffic !!!

In the heart of DT New West, probably the most happening restaurant here. You definitely notice the clientele here, as it’s mostly retired seniors. Looks a lot more spacious than from the outside. Just be careful of exiting in the back left side, as there’s a few stairs. free wifi.

Today at your establishment, a young lady I know was refused service because she«looked like a rowdy teenager». In keeping with the spirit of judging a book by its cover, I assume that the employees at this Tim Horton’s are judgemental jerks! She is such a sweet person and she was just trying to buy a bagel. What is wrong with you people??? Dyed hair and stretched ears is the norm for lots of people nowadays and you had better learn that before you alienate all of your customers.

Hello, my name is Catherine and I have a caffeine addiction. I also like my double, doubles on the days where I am feeling a little down but I still have to leave the house. Today was one of those days. This Timmy Ho’s is almost always a gong show. They have line ups out the door and the employees work at a snails pace but if you have to have that inexpensive(compared to the other 2 coffee shops on this corner) then you will just have to wait like the rest of us. What I don’t like about this Timmy’s is the location. The clientele that hang out outside can be sketchy at times which can make one feel uncomfortable when going in.

Yes, there are always long lineups but that’s because this is the best Tim Hortons in the area. The line moves quickly enough, so I don’t mind. The service is always good, the staff are friendly and the generously-filled fresh sandwiches actually resemble their advertised illustrations(which cannot be said for other Tims in the area).

i love tim hortons coffee. i’m a huge fan and my aunt often sends me big tins of tim hortons as i live over in the states. starbucks & peet’s can’t compare to a good cup of tim hortons. i’ve frequented this location recently(and a few years back) — but the employees are slow. all i asked for was a cappuccino, doughnuts, and an iced drink. but nearly everything i ordered was sold out — with no signs indicating it. it was another task getting the employees to get my orders right. on the upside, i’ve always been here towards the late hours of the night with family for a last minute hangout spot.

I am more of a Starbuckkeee type person but Timmmeee does have it’s advantages ie: Iced Cap and the Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. Have you tried those things? Conjures up ideas of life in the South. They are seriously good. I have had 1 screw up where this newby put tomatoe and lettuce on it, yuk doesn’t work well with slimy cheese and egg. As for the Iced caps, yup they are heaven… especially the Butter Carmel Ice Cap Supreme. Whoever said I don’t know what to order. Timbits are hit or miss; good when they have dutchies and honey dip, not so good when they are the plain crap no-one wants anyway. Have never really liked the sandwiches or soup or chili for that matter. I just can’t do the whole big plastic bag of micro chili stuff. Yuk! Timmy’s is Canadian so it gets a star for that and the other star for Iced Caps. Yeah!

Do the employees drink coffee at Tim Hortons? Because they seriously need some caffeine to freakin’ move! This T. Ho’s, and every other one always has a long line up, and it’s not just because the place is popular. Everyone is in sloooow motion. Yes, I’m impatient for my coffee, and I’m not happy stuck waiting for the person at the cash who can’t decide which or how many doughnuts to get(and the doughnuts are all baked in Ontario and trucked out frozen anyway, so they’re crap, anyway you slice it) and the poor clerks who need to ask twenty questions with every coffee purchase. I do actually like the coffee, when I finally get it, but I hate going to the service tar pit that is Tim Hortons.
