Service at this location is perpetually slow. Some staff are well-trained and competent but most are utterly useless and can barely even work the register. Don’t try asking for anything that’s not the stock preparation as they will screw it up 99% of the time. On the bright side, I like their Frozen Lemonades. I hate all their doughnuts. Par-baking is garbage. Free wifi is a blessing and a curse. The number of people who camp out there all day, sucking up tables is ridiculous.

Whooaa people be hatin’! Lets call a spade a spade here… why come to Tim Horton’s expecting first class service? Would you provide it for minimum wage? There’s a Keg 10 mins away if that’s what you’re after. Admittedly, the service is pretty slow. Also, their lemonades, blended fruity drunks and iced lattes taste like absolute crap that came out of a can. That being said, their iced capp rocks and is so consistent you gotta at least appreciate that! And some of their specialty bagels are mind blowing. I come here expecting cheap but consistent coffee and food. For $ 5/breakfast, that’s all you should really expect.

— negative 1 star My bf met a client early in the day at this location and decided to have some food… he is allergic to egg and ordered a breakfast sandwich without the egg in it… they ended up putting the egg in it anyway. — negative 2 stars He then decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves by ordering me a hot chocolate. He comes home with his surprise… and I sip it to find it is coffee. most likely a double double… ARGH! =(boooo… — negative 3 stars sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowest service ever!!!

When a person goes to Tim Horton’s, he or she knows exactly what to expect. The only thing that really sets each Tim Horton’s apart is the service. Unfortunately, this location did not shine. It was a mere unmemorable experience. I thought smiles were free; or was that another chain…

Thanks, Tim Horton’s, for penalising your customers for coming into your store to spend money by hiring douchebag DIAMONDPARKINGLTD(Google for a a whole stack of complaints concerning dubious, money grubbing practices and extortionate fees, including at least two assaults). When my mother pulled into the lot at this location, the lot was so full, you couldn’t even see the sign on the wall, far away from the entrance, that said 15 minutes only because cars were backed up right against it. Have you been to a Tim Horton’s around lunchtime? It was RAMMED. Just try putting in an order within 15 minutes — never mind getting in and actually having a coffee. If you don’t want people in there, why not just have a freakin’ take out window instead? Obviously, our business is not important to you, Tim Horton’s, to resort to employing a parking company with alleged organized crime ties. Bravo. Pure class. As for the $ 73.50 ticket, compounded daily at 23% per annum, you can stick it up your donut hole. Since there was a crackdown on payday loans and credit card companies for punitive interest charges, I think it’s worth a shot to put a phone call to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs to ask about private parking companies operating in Canada — and those misguided businesses that hire them.

We were off to the airport early morning, and I wanted to make sure that I got something to eat, so we decided on this Timmy’s, since it was on the way to the airport. I walked in and there was no one else in line and about 4 people working. I thought that we could get our 3 BELTs and drinks quick and get out of there. Not so. Their machine wasn’t working very well. It scanned my card and it took forever for them to charge me. It was so inconvenient to charge it, I went and got cash to pay. I lost 30 minutes of my time. The girl seemed new, but I was in a rush to get to the airport and didn’t need this extra stress at 4:00am. I’ll try this location again because I like Timmy’s.
