Timbits. My new favorite Canadian snack. They are doughnut holes that are a mix between cake doughnuts and yeast doughnuts. They come in a dozen flavors and we got a little box of 10 for $ 2.29. The salted caramel was the best, and we also loved the birthday cake. I thought for sure I would like the raspberry jelly filled Timbit the most, but the caramel and bday cake were even better!!! I seriously recommend getting one of each flavor so that you can see which you like, then going all out and getting a 20-piece box. I will be dreaming about these until my next trip to Canada!

Came by for a coffee. Parking is plentiful in the giant strip mall parking lot. The location is nice and cozy, as it is a standalone building. The theme is consistent with others in the chain. Staff were friendly. The donut and ice coffee I had felt good.

This is the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. The cashier kept on getting confused with my order(large blended lemonade and a cheese bagel not toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese). It took 10 minutes for someone to cut the bagel and spread some cream cheese on it, there were no food orders ahead of me! While waiting for my bagel there were flies surrounding some food that was not in the display case. I mentioned it to the woman and she just kept repeating«what?» I was trying to be discrete, but had to basically yell it out for all to hear. She put a plastic bag over top so that it could be used for future customers… nasty. I think this store has deeper problems than what I experienced today(cough cough overworked foreign workers program). I love Tim Horton’s but this location needs an overhaul.

Quiet location with super friendly staff. Lots of parking, usual timmy ho’s interior. They have a fly infestation that is gross though, so take your food to go unless you want to swat between bites like your in the jungle.

I love the express drink line! As we all know, those families in front of us in the line placing the large orders of food is essentially the rate determining step of exactly how fast we can get our coffees on a time crunch during a short lunch break. The express drink line solves this problem! If you’re not ordering food line up on the very right of the counter and get your drink that much faster.

This location is terrible! They are constantly out of basic food items, screw up orders, talk over you when you are ordering, and leave you waiting for ever! Once I was in there and I counted 8 people behind the counter — none were at the cash registers and there was a line-up of at least 6 people. When you do ask them to refill an empty food item, they look at you like it’s the biggest chore in the world or tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. They hand hot drinks out of the drive-thru window without looking — I don’t know about you, but I don’t relish the idea of hot tea in my lap! I go here because it’s close to home, but from now on, I’m spending the extra money and getting a real breakfast or going to Starbucks where they know how to treat a customer!

I go to this Tim Hortons because I work at Walmart and this place is great for a quick caffine fix. The staff are friendly, but seemed over worked. I had a cashier that kept shutting her eyes while taking my order. I asked if she was okay and she said she was just tired. Poor thing, probably had a sleepless night. Another cashier told me that it was so hard working there and they barley made enough, she asked me if there were any positions at Walmart. I think the workers should apply for another job if they are unhappy here. Coming across unhappy employee makes people like me who are looking for a mini escape during a break feel sad. I don’t go here much anymore. I don’t want to feel sad. May 18, 2012 Went back for a yummy sandwich. This cashier wasn’t paying attention while I was ordering. I ordered the egg sandwich with a latte. Once my order was done I grabbed my bag and went off to work. At work when I opened my sandwich I realized it was a chicken sandwich. I hate their chicken sandwiches! And my drink was not a latte, it was plain coffee. Urrrgggh. I had starve all throughout my shift and went back at the end of my shift to tell them and hand over the chicken sandwich. The Phillipino lady was nice, she just gave me an egg sandwich. June-07−2012 Been craving Tim Hortons, so went back to this Queensborough Location today. The cashier started to take my order and then took off, then the sleepy cashier took over and said that’s it? I told her I wasn’t finished ordering. While taking my order she was paying attention to what other employees were doing and entered my order wrong. I didn’t realize that she entered the quantity and flavors wrong until I received the items. But, it was too late I had to get back to work. Overall, I think they need to provide their cashiers with hearing aids, and teach them to repeat orders back to the customer to eliminate mistakes. I don’t want to go back to this location again. Such a headache.

When it comes to Christmas shopping I frequently have meltdowns lol. This Timmy’s is located in the perfect place. So when I am at Walmart, ready to kill the next cart that cuts me off, I head over here for my double double to calm the nerves lol. The staff are usually friendly and rarely mess up our order. It is possible to do at some locations. I also love the recycle and garbage bins in the drive through. Its great for getting rid of the previous coffee cups lol.
