Like all the other reviews stated, this place is way overpriced. We saw a couple different entrees we wanted to try but ended up going with the burger after we saw another table order it. It looked very appetizing and shareable. When ours came out, it was just as heaping and delicious as we thought it’d be. Our server didn’t ask us what temperature we wanted our burger cooked but it came out well nonetheless. Our server, Maria, was very sweet and accommodating. The burger was tasty– I especially enjoyed the blue cheese and the big portabella mushroom. Burger was accompanied by fries and was enough for myself and my fiancé to share. We weren’t very hungry. It was a great little break where we could sit and relax and seek shelter from the freezing cold weather. Our table was right by the window and the view was beautiful. Snowy Niagara Falls right in front of us as we ate our warm burger. Can’t really complain!

My daughter’s review: The quality of the food was more or less satisfying. Although they poured dressing onto my salad after I specifically asked them not to, the breathtaking views of Niagara Falls seen from the restaurant made up for it. I was disappointed by the amount of options on the menu — not a big variety at all, and everything was incredibly hard to understand — in the appetizer section it said something about trout not stating that it was a dip and not the actual fish. Despite the fact the the food itself wasn’t bad, no doubt it was overpriced. The menu was not varied enough, and it was written in highfalutin style. The dishes were incredibly overpriced. Overall, the restaurant had good food and mesmerizing views yet they charged too much and didn’t fulfill our desires. — Abigail

Surprisingly great food for such a high traffic tourist location. Salmon was cooked well, chicken parm was great, for a chicken parm(so the wife says). Glad we choose to eat here during our visit.

Blend a spectacular view, an amazing venue, and some great local brews with burgers, wraps, and fish and you have the makings of a great lunch. I admit we were skeptical about what looked to be a tourist trap –would we get bad food, overpriced, and lousy service? BUT this was anything but that. The Niagara Burger was huge and delicious, the fish sandwich and buffalo wrap were as well. Service was great and the prices were quite reasonable. So if you are visiting the falls on the Canadian side(which would be our recommendation) definitely visit Elements for the food and for the spectacular view!

Nice Resturant by the falls. It’s a bistro with above average fare. Good service. Server was very nice. Not to pricey for it being to the falls edge. I will be back.

So much fun, but the food was mediocre and small portioned. We didn’t mind because you are paying for the view here!!! Incredible views of the falls, and great people watching as well. Worth the pricy disappointment in the food, especially if you do the more affordable pre fix menu.

Setting: 5 stars Service: 1 star(outside)/5 stars(inside) Food: 4 stars We started by going out to the outdoor part of the restaurant, which was a nightmare. We were hurriedly shown to a table hadn’t been bussed and was still covered with crumbs from the last diners. We wiped it down ourselves and sat down. After a few minutes, one of the wait staff tossed a menu on our table while passing by(one menu for the both of us). After several more minutes passed and no one had even taken our drink order, we gave up and went inside, where we had a great experience. Setting: We came after the lunch rush, so it was fairly empty. We got a beautiful table right on the falls — possibly the best view we had all week. Service: The service was fantastic. Our waitress was not only attentive, she was extremely friendly and kind. Food: My husband and I both got burgers(one regular and one mushroom), and we both enjoyed them. His did take the mushroom off of his halfway through because it was too thick to really be enjoyable, but the burger was good without it, so he didn’t mind. Final verdict: Once we got inside, this place was great, and I haven’t experienced another restaurant here with a comparable view. Well worth the visit.

Elements on the Falls Restaurant is an interesting place, i find most places in Niagara falls touristy but i was presently surprised with the quality of food and view at this restaurant. The prices are typical Niagara falls levels but the view of the falls over lunch or dinner is a great experience. This is a great spot to bring visiting family or friends — the meal was wonderful and fresh.

Really good food… really high prices, but that’s expected when you go to a restaurant that overlooks the falls. We made a lunch reservation for a table right by the window… it was a magnificent view. Service was good… our waitress was really funny and sweet with our table of New Yorkers! All in all, if you want a good view and good food, I’d try this place out for sure.

First off, reading the prior reviews made me feel a little skeptical about eating at this location however we decided to give it a try! We got a table by the windows facing the falls. Wow! What a view! The waitress who served us was nice and recommended some entrées. We ordered a glass of refreshing white wine which paired well with the rainbow trout. The butternut squash bisque was delicious. The service was on point. Definitely recommend trying out this spot especially if you want to enjoy that view!

I was surprised to see this place only receiving three stars. Sure, it’s a little pricey, but the food is good and the view is unbelievable. It’s definitely worth it. The Great Lakes fish sandwich was great and had trout and kale slaw. They also have a maple syrup cheesecake and a good beer list. But the view of the Horseshoe Falls can’t be beaten. Make your reservations ahead of time and request a window table.

Expensive! This is not a $ as it shows on this app, it is more a $$/$$$ a BURGER is $ 19… Any drink beer/wine etc is $ 9+. $ 65 for 2 burgers and a kids meal, we drank water. The food was ok but we would not have gone there if the prices were listed properly on the Unilocal site. Once we sat down we considered leaving but everyone was hungry. A two minute walk to Johnny Rockets would have gotten us better burgers and been ½ the cost. Server was very friendly, restaurant was clean and menu was well rounded. Bathrooms were clean and they have a full bar. View is stunning. Our lunch wasn’t good enough to justify the price. Try it but don’t go here if your looking for reasonable priced local eats.

Not worth it. Too touristy and the service was horrible. There were only a few tables seated and we were ignored several times when trying to request a refresh on our drinks. The food was only slightly better than what is available downstairs. The only reason it got two stars is because of the view.

1 star on food + 5 stars on view = 3 stars overall. My boyfriend and I came here during our trip to Niagara Falls and truth be told, it’s a tourist trap. We definitely enjoyed the most gorgeous view of the falls we could’ve gotten from a restaurant, but thankfully we stopped by for just a quick bite rather than a full meal. First, we ordered the Atlantic Smoked Salmon & Tempura Shrimp. As you could see from the photos that I and other Unilocalers have posted, the portion size for the salmon and shrimp is not worth its asking price($ 12.99). You could literally go to a grocery store and buy a pack of smoked salmon for $ 6, fresh shrimp from the seafood counter for $ 3, tempura batter and other ingredients they used(tomatoes, lettuce, ranch, red onion) for $ 4. For the same price, you get 5x the amount of food pictured here. Second, we ordered the Falls Macaroni & Cheese. Based on its temperature and texture, I believe they had just taken it out of the microwave. It looked amazing though, so just remember that looks could be deceiving.

Given that you will be eating above Niagara falls, I would probably ignore what I am about to say other than you will have great beer selection, pretty average casual-food, friendly service and fair prices considering the location. On a Monday afternoon at the end of October, there was not waiting and we were seated facing the Falls. Such view set you in a mood that nothing can possibly make you disappointed. Service was prompt and friendly, both of the servers we had. That day Chef’s Feature Soup was a warm tomato soup with packaged croutons($ 7.49). I am not sure it was fresh, but rather I think it was pre-made. Based on the description, I wasn’t expecting to contain red beans which I am allergic to. So I just got a couple of spoons before I find out. And it tasted fine( ) The Atlantic Smoked Salmon & Tempura Shrimp looked quite exciting, but instead it was served as a few cuts of smoked salmon and a battered shrimps on a bowl($ 12.99). I wouldn’t say thats tempura neither fresh shrimp but frozen. Salmon cuts was ok. I wouldn’t order it again( ). Boyfriend got the Striploin Steak on garlic toast with roasted red pepper, corn salsa and French fries($ 19.99). It was pretty average too and I would also skip it. However, «Dining as close as you can get to the Falls». That’s their catchy sentence*. Well, it happens that is not only catchy. It is actually true. And that, regardless of everything else, is a pretty amazing experience I have to say *

They really need to hire some more staff. Took about 10 mins before the host even had time to acknowledge us, 3 ppl. Saw her bussing tables in between seating people and taking names for reservations. Saw so many tables empty by the windows and yet there was a 30 min wait for those seats. 8 bucks for a pint of molsons?! I know this is by the falls, but cmon. Pass.

The beautiful view upped this from a two– to three-star rating. Of course it was gorgeous and great to be able to sit and take in the horseshoe falls. The service was good and my server pleasant. I had the vegetable samosas to start. These were my favorite part of the meal and had I stopped there it would have been a four-star rating. Alas, I continued my meal and had the lamb chops with minted apple chutney. The lamb was by far the fattiest I’ve seen come out of a restaurant. I’m accustomed to a better/different butchering job. The vegetables and potatoes were cold and unappetizing. The apple barge, a phyllo dough cup dusted with cinnamon sugar filled with ice cream and apples was decent. Nothing to write home about. Now that my view is being obstructed by two bus loads of tourists that just streamed in, my $ 80 meal really wasn’t worth it.

In between attractions on the Adventure Pass we purchased, we got hungry and had lunch at Elements on the Falls(the only other choices were fast food). It’s an elegant restaurant with spectacular views of the falls from most seats. The food was much, much better than expected at a tourist destination with basically a captive audience. My wife had fish and chips that were excellent and accompanied by a fresh, tasty salad with an onion-poppyseed dressing that was out of this world(our server Joanne said it’s very popular; she was great, by the way). I had an open-faced steak sandwich on garlic bread with roasted corn and red pepper salsa and micro-greens, as well as fresh, delicious fries, and that was all very satisfying as well. The steak was top quality and a good-sized slab of beef for a $ 20.00 lunch option. Lunch for two with sodas(which come with one free refill, and they have my favourite, Coke Zero, on tap) and an unbeatable view of the falls came to $ 50.00 with tip. If we come back to Niagara Falls, and I would love to, a stop at Elements on the Falls is an absolute must.

«You are paying for the view». The food here is rather pricey, but if you want a perfect view of the Horseshoe falls during lunch or dinner, definitely come here! Entrees are $ 29+ and appetizers are $ 10+. My family and I ended up coming here twice because the first time we were hungry and walked a whole bunch, so this was our best option for good-quality food. I did not feel like spending a bunch of money on entrees i was not sure the quantity was going to be for the price I was going to pay, so appetizer varieties it was! Our appetizer choices were(in order of favorites): Atlantic Smoked Salmon & Tempura Shrimp, Vegetable Samosas and Forty Creek BBQ Beef Brisket Potato Skins. Let me start with the salmon & tempura shrimp — the cold smoke salmon was terrific — I just wished there was more of it; the tempura shrimp batter was rather thick and the shrimp was very small. The samosas were seasoned to perfection and they gave 4 on a plate, so that was quite plentiful. The beef brisket over potato skins was nothing glamorous, so it was the least favorite — just basically shredded beef smothered in BBQ sauce over potato skins. I was not blown away with the food, but blown away by the view. The second time we came here, we came for tapas because we had a buy 2, get 1 tapas free coupon. The tapas again, were mediocre. They had the same beef brisket over fries this time. We also had the vegetable samosas again because my husband enjoyed them thoroughly. The chicken fingers tasted fresh, were battered and fried… nothing too out of the ordinary. Anyway, I cannot say more about the view… I loved looking at the waterfalls during my meal!
