What a complete ripoff, wow! Never have I gone to an Ihop and paid $ 115 for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, how the hell does that happen at a Ihop? Pretty much all meals are between $ 13.99 and $ 19.99, this is ridiculous for pancakes and cold eggs. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This chain is everywhere in Niagara! Having never been, boyfriend and I decided to try it out. The breakfast is very overpriced for what it is. Everything is over $ 15. I thought the hash browns were a little underdone. Not worth it in my opinion for a standard breakfast. I don’t know why this chain is so popular but definite tourist trap in the region. Better options elsewhere.

disgusting food. slow service. lied to us about having to pay the tourist tax(but other places took it off for us without even asking, even the ramada hotel took it off for us). ridiculously over priced. I asked for fruit instead of bacon and never recieved it, although i paid for it. Those who did get bacon got 2 mini little pieces.

My boyfriend and I went to Niagara Falls for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed at the Ramada Inn that is connected to this IHOP. Overall experience here was meh. Kinda wish we had gone somewhere else. The first day my boyfriend got the Cinnamon Swirl Brioche French Toast and thought was good but very dense and super sweet. He couldn’t even finish it all. I got the Simple & Fit Vegetable Omelette with wheat toast instead of the fruit. The omelette was pretty good — it took me awhile to find the swiss cheese, but there was a good amount of vegetables and I was surprised how big the entire omelette was for so few calories. The wheat toast was nothing to rave about — certainly not top quality. The second day my boyfriend got an omelette with ham, green peppers, and cheddar cheese with a side of white toast. I ordered the same Simple & Fit Vegetable Omelette and wheat toast. My boyfriend seemed to enjoy his omelette quite a bit and was glad he didn’t order something so sugar loaded. Now, for me, my omelette this time had a good amount of the veggies and was about the same size but there was SOMUCH more swiss cheese dripping out of it. Now, as a Registered Dietitian, I like to try the items that are marketed as being«healthy». My concern with this omelette it is supposed to be less than 400 calories. There is no way the omelettes I got on both days were the same calories — at all. Totally lame IHOP! You are supposed to be consistent in your products, especially on items that are supposed to be lower-calorie. As far as atmosphere, it was a traditional IHOP. We sat in a booth the first morning and a table the second which were both clean and comfortable enough. Service was better the first day — I think our waitress the second day was new. She didn’t keep our water glasses full and had to make several trips back and forth to the kitchen. She brought out our omelettes way before our toast was done. Then I had to ask her for butter(I had ordered my toast dry) and jelly that I had requested on the side. She seemed very flustered, but like I said, maybe she was new or just having an off day. Oh, the pricing is ridiculous. We spent like $ 50 both day for breakfast. That’s crazy! If staying at the Ramada Inn, I suggest finding a place that has better quality, more consistent, and cheaper food. I know down the street there is an all you can eat breakfast buffet for less than $ 10 a person…

This was my second time here and it was just as disappointing as the first. I thought I would give them a another try as this was a different location but it wasn’t. The food is overloaded with sugar. the meat is tasteless, the servers are rude and service itself is very slow. The whole thing is over priced, save your money and go to Denny’s or a mom and pops place. Anything is better than IHOP.

Well. I love IHOP as a principle. — Food — The pancakes are simply the best pancakes … I don’t know why. It is my midnight sneakout pleasure. I literally drown my pancakes in about half a bottle of maple syrup. If you are in the mood for comfort food, and are not watching your sugar intake, this is the place to be. The country fried steak is unreal as are the pancakes. — Staff — The staff here were friendly, but nothing crazy exceptional. Did not seem super happy, but probably because it was in Niagara Falls, which is full of tourists… — Overall — Would not give this a 5 star simply because I’ve been to other IHOP’s that have superseded this IHOP’s performance. Still worth eating at. Its pancakes.

They didn’t have T-bone steak so the manager offered to give me two cuts of regular steak, how sweet of her. The meat arrived but they tasted rancid. Advised the manager to try it but she doesn’t eat steak. My spouses fish arrived and it was bland. Straight out of the river with some heat applied. The hot chocolate was good.

This place is insanely expensive. Breakfast for four with coffee was 100 something dollars. In a regular IHOP your meal comes with a bunch of stuff, but this place serves you some very bare bone 15 dollar breakfast. Also, we had reason to believe we were seated in the«not white people» section in the back. As I look around, every single person seated in our section was a person of color or a mixed race couple. We ended up waiting a bit for my boyfriend’s parents to join us so we saw tables turn over multiple times, always with people of color being placed there. It was very strange, since all the other sections were predominately white.

I usually like IHOP but please stay away from this one. The staff was very friendly but the food was terrible. That hash browns were burned and dry. We had lipstick in our coffee cups. And the sausage tasted old. Instead of overpaying for a crappy breakfast under the Ramada hotel, walk over to Pip’s dinner. Well worth the walk.

I had vouchers from a groupon. Took off two voucher at one table, since guests from two different rooms wanted to eat together. The prices are high but the food is better than most IHOPs, as I generally am disappointed walking out of an IHOP. Had a delicious sandwich and my other guests enjoyed there food as well. Not sure if I’d pay the full price without vouchers, but the food is quite good.

Service was extremely slow. The food tasted allright but not for $ 60 for 2 people. The prices are ridiculous, and so is the tourist fee. The servers all look like they hate their lives. It was an unpleasant experience. We will not be going back.

Definitely will never return here, the most expensive breakfast ever. Not only do they charge a crapload for eggs they also tag on an extra Tourist Tax onto your bill. It’s not worth coming here, just go somewhere else.

Or server was new here so obviously made a lot of mistakes. Mix ups with our orders, missing pancakes, etc. But he was very nice and apologetic, and as someone working in the industry, I know that there aren’t a lot if people who would care that they’ve made a mistake. So as an individual, I think he was great. IHOP needs to provide more training for their staff. A new person should never be alone with four tables at once. On other news, the food here is a little pricey, but pretty good food. Good portions. But it takes forever to get your food and the managers just whiz by as you try to call them to ask them for help. They really need better training and better managers.
