After a long walk along the Falls, we stopped at this Starbucks but it was a disappointment. It didn’t have the protein box we craved, and it did not have any wifi. A place in 2015 without wifi?! Are you kidding me? Wifi is the only reason people agree to pay the exorbitant prices for a cup of coffee at Starbucks, so if you take away the wifi — why go there at all! On the positive side, the barristas were friendly, there’s a clean restroom, and my daughter tried the spinach wrap and enjoyed it.

This was the second Starbucks I stopped by for a coffee morning run with my boyfriend before we went out for brunch with our family. It was kind of small and didn’t feel cozy, homey, or like the«third place» away from home and work. It just felt like a regular café place, nothing too special. Staff were pretty nice, but a little slow in terms of getting drinks out and service. Our iced coffees tasted standard just like the Starbucks in NYC or in the U.S. should I say I would come back to this Starbucks if we were staying at the Hilton or Four Points again, but other than that I would probably visit the other Starbucks outside of the hotels.

Worst starbucks I’ve ever gone to in my life. My friends and I came for some sightseeing and thought we needed to caffeinated ourselves. Not only is this location slow and only had one worker the prices are double of the normal price. The worker would take one order at a time and make it before getting the other orders. The person in front of my ordered 7 different drinks and it took over 15 minutes to complete. Not only did the worker not get my order right, she kept saying«oh you never told me» but while I was giving her my order she kept saying«sure, sure, sure». If this starbucks wasn’t close by the casino we were going to, I would of just left.

Love starbucks and this is my first bad experience in all my years as a Customer. The girl working the counter was very rude to me, I wanted a simple ice coffee. «We don’t have those» was her response followed up by a blank stare. Her co-worker stepped in and solve the problem by offering hot coffee poured over ice(also known as iced coffee)

Siri nice people who work there and my drink tasted really good. Will probably come here again.

I really wish I had read some of the reviews before stopping in at this alleged Starbucks. It gives Starbucks a bad name, and the barista was just ridiculously lazy and unfriendly. Fortunately, the coffee was not bad.

This is an awful Starbucks. One of the worst I’ve been to. The servers took forever and really seemed like they didn’t want to help us. Very disorganized. And their food is awful too. I caution against visiting if you’re in the area.

Meh. I’ve experienced better! The location is always busy but this visit it wasn’t so we stopped by. The first thing which I didn’t like was the fact they do take Starbucks cards put won’t give the free drink earned on it. Ok moving on, I paid for the drink and the I said no whip cream and they put whip cream on the frappaciono. All in all, their is another Starbucks at the top of Clifton hill may try that.

This was one of worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. The Starbucks attached to Fallsview is independently owned, and therefore only offers a limited amount of drinks(thus, if your all about making your own creations, do not visit here). Despite being independent, gold cards are welcomed, but you are not eligible to redeem ‘treat rewards’. Baristas at this location appeared bored, the venue/décor was mediocre and I found this location to be less ‘inviting’ than other Starbucks locations. However, my biggest pet peeve about this location is that it adds the ‘amusement tax’ to purchases without notification.

Very poor store. We ordered a large hot chocolate on the 24th of Dec. The cup, once we had opened the lid was just over half full with cream occupying most of the space. Was semi warm but certainly not hot and not that good. We ended up heading across the road to the other Starbucks with free wifi and more seats

OMGYES!!! I have been harboring a grudge against this place for over a month since I stayed in Niagara Falls and had the misfortune of going here. Finally, let me bring out the rice out on this joint. This was really the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks! The dude was mad surly and couldn’t move any slower I am sure. I waited almost fifteen minutes to get a friggin coffee. I clocked it at 13:45!!! And an apology or at least an acknowledgement of this ridiculously long wait? No way. I had the misfortune of having him serve me twice on two separate days, so it’s not even like he was having a bad day; clearly it’s bad DAYS daily! So wack.

Possibly the worst StarBucks in Niagara. After visiting this one, I went across the street and got coffee in Tim Hortons. Barisata’s are slow and incompetent and are not motivated at all. What a disappointment for such a nice location, not to mention the prices are through the roof.

All that has been written before about this location is true. Too pricey and quality of product and service is terrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Look as much as you might, but there isn’t an entrance to a movie theatre. Based on the prices they were charging, I was absolutely convinced I was in a movie theatre lobby. Who else charges these prices? I have been to a number of Starbucks in the states, and these prices were nearly double what I was used to, or expecting.

I have to admit that i am a little biased against Starbucks to begin with. I find their coffee to be just horrible and overpriced. I’m still surprised to see people paying the amount they do for drinks there. They should actually have another counter set up there to arrange loans so that you could afford one of their drinks. But enough about that. My girlfriend does like Starbucks so I am dragged into one every once in a while. We visited this Starbucks and were disappointed for a few reasons. Because they are in a tourist area, they charge more for their goods, which was annoying but a lot of businesses do that. What was shocking was that while her drink was being prepared, I looked at the expiry dates on the flavour shots they use in their drinks. ALL of them were expired!!! It isn’t as if they just past the expiry date by a week or anything, these were over a YEAR past the expiry date! When you are charging a premium on the goods you sell, you have to ensure they haven’t expired, not only for the sake of your customers but also for health code violations.

The Chai Tea was great… The outrageous mark-up? Not so much! I think I’ll stick to Corporate stores from now on. If you’re purchasing your drink on your registered card, you’ll get your star alright… but that’s about it. The stores in this area(that are not corporate stores) do not honour any of the benefits that regular Starbucks offer their customers.

You can use your Gold Card or registered Starbucks card here and get your points. It’s an independently owned store and doesn’t have to accept the cards(the other nearby Starbucks do not) but they do here as a courtesy. You won’t get your discounts and extras associated with using a registered card but I really only care about the points. This is not a drive-up location, the road next to it goes to a hotel. But if your driving by on Fallsview you can just hop out at the light right there and get picked up again. There is something squeaky clean about this location I don’t know what it is. The bathroom is kept spotless as well. There’s plenty of seating inside and out. The baristas are friendly, courteous and helpful. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is the prices. They are exorbitant by US and Canadian standards. If you’re accustomed to US prices be prepared to pay anywhere from $ 1.50, $ 2 to even $ 3 more per coffee, tea, or drink. The barista explained that the prices at various Starbucks get lower the further away you get from the Falls and I found that to be true.

Starbucks HQ should visit this location. Sooo incompetent. The baristas(you don’t call them staff hmpf) were chatting to each other despite of the long line. And when called, they seemed unhappy to serve you. Laughed at a tourist that asked for ice because her coffee was too hot. I am a Starbucks person and spends hundreds on stores but this location is just so disappointing. You won’t expect it since it’s on the ground floor of Sheraton — a decent hotel.

The following is to be read in a sarcastic voice: Thanks Starbucks for NOT having your«short» size available at this location and for running out of soy milk. You forced me to purchase a larger size of my favorite Starbucks drink gone wrong! YUCK it was gross!
