I cannot say enough amazing things about Maryanne. I started off making an appointment just to have my extensions removed and nothing else. Maryanne spent hours taking horrible extensions out of my hair and explained to me what they were doing to my hair as well as as the reasons to stop bleaching my hair.
I ended up making another appointment and having Maryanne colour my hair. She took me from platinum blonde to a nice ombré promising to help me get my hair healthy again. She explained the benefits of cold fusion hair extensions and only put them on my healthy hair. She said she would rather add more hair after a few months once my hair was growing and not so dry. I now have a full head of hair extensions and my hair is healthy and growing again thanks to Maryanne’s suggested care plan. I get so many compliments on the colour and people asking me how I’m able to grow my hair so long with no idea they are extensions.
Maryanne always takes her time and never rushes her clients out. She’s honest. She will tell you straight up that she won’t do something if it will damage your hair. She makes suggestions if you’re unsure and never tries to make you pay more than you need to. She’s truly the greatest stylist I have ever been to and I look forward to seeing her every appointment. She’s easy to get along with as are the other staff. The owner even makes Bailey’s lattes at Christmas for the clients.
The prices are typical of any high end salon, but they don’t try to upsell you more services to increase the revenue from each client. They offer an amazing line of all natural hair care products that smell fantastic. I love the green hair mask! It’s literally transformed my hair.
I won’t be going anywhere else. Happy I found Fortelli on Google and gave them a shot. Best hair move I’ve ever made.
