Excellent pizza and Gluten free pizza!
This place is like the old time pizza you remember when you were a kid, before Pizza Pizza, Dominos etc…
I had a Gluten free pizza with extra sauce and bacon, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH BACON ON A PIZZA BEFORE!
The amount of Bacon that was on was amazing, I would say that if you put the bacon on on of those chain pizza places they could make 6 – 7 pizzas!
And I’m not exaggerating!!! Really!!!
The cheese was the perfect amount and lots of sauce and tons of bacon.
You need to try this place when you come to Ottawa.
You might say that the prices are a little high but once you taste the pizza you will forget how much it cost, if you want excellent quality then you must pay for it, that’s just the way things work.
The pizza I ordered cost $ 22 but that was with a $ 4 premium for Gluten free. The price was worth ever bite!
The guys in there are friendly and want to please the customer!
Also they have dessert pizza with Nutella!

What’s better than a nice poutine after a night of going out and having a few drinks. Please please please do not go to Milanos, worst Poutine I’ve ever had and it cost me 12 bucks. Raw fries, barely any cheese and a gravy that I could use to varnish my new deck. Very disappointed. Try and take pride in what you serve and sell boys. If you want something decent, go next-door to Dunn’s and add some smoked meat while you’re at it. Here’s a tip, instead of trying to pick up girls you would never be able to get while you’re behind the counter, concentrate on the food.

This is the drunk crowd’s pizza joint. This is definitely the worst pizza place I have ever had pizza at. I think we would have been better off ordering from Pizza Pizza. We ordered online for delivery — which was quick. But the quality of pizza was terrible. We ordered thin crust and it was the thickest thin crust I have ever had — thicker than regular crust. The cheese tasted processed and the crust was soggy and burned. Awful. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Maybe the drunk people who are looking for an after-bar meal have rated it well…

Dropped into this place when my friend was hungry late at night. I hadn’t eaten since lunch so I caved and bought a slice and feel like I would have been better off eating the $ 5 bill. Ok the pizza might not have been $ 5 but the $ 3.75 I spent felt like a waste. The pizza had absolutely no flavour except the crust tasting like the cardboard plate that it was served on. The sauce, bacon, sausage and cheese had absolutely no flavour which was really disturbing! I’m not sure how I feel about that now that I think of it…

Milano’s is open quite late, just in time for the club-goers in the market to get some food in before heading home. Now I know for next time; I’ll go elsewhere to get my late-night carb fix.
The pizza itself was OK, nothing special. I got a slice of cheese, really nothing to write home about and the crust was a bit too crusty for me AKA burnt? The service was friendly but amongst me and all my friends the slice down the middle was consistently wonky. One small piece and one, off kilter huge one.
The worst part was that I pizza-splurged on garlic dipping sauce. Normally this is a delicious treat to an already unhealthy meal but this sauce taste like anchovies? Not a treat at all! Like a really anchovied-out cesar salad dressing. Not good at all and further ruined those bites taken.
There are enough other places around.

From the humble exterior it looks like you every day ‘crappy pizza by the slice’ but at 12:30 AM not only is it a savior its pretty good (and fresh) pizza but the service was fast and friendly.
Should you find your self down in the market are of Ottawa and be hungry at a late night hour skip some of the other places get a nice slice or two (I did) The cheese and olive was tops
