Fresh elements, such a pleasant name but yet such an awful store. Never in my life have i expected to call a bubble tea store and hear the words«we can’t sell you bubble tea» This is hardly humane nor acceptable. In spite of the store’s palpable mistakes, it deserves credit for simply not ceasing to exist after it’s miserable customer service. This disgusting plight of a store have ruined my taste in bubble tea, shattering my idealistic views about the world of delight that i previously known as «drinks and beverages».

Best bubble tea in town I think, honey green/red tea also very good. The tea they use are very smooth and tasty. I love their bubble and coconut jelly. Juice are fresh and strong tasted without additional water and sugar. Their sandwiches taste very good and lot of ingredients. Only problem is the waiting time is quite long.

House special with boba and green tea milk tea with boba was only $ 4.71. It was both in strong tea flavors and not too sweet! Boba is very chewy and good. Definitely recommend getting the buy one get free! It wasn’t amazing but you get your boba fix!

The bubble tea here was okay. But I do think the jasmine green tea was a tad too tart. Perhaps it was me and not being accustomed to these teas since I am more of a milk tea gal. Plus, I am sure the taste varies slightly from the east to west coast. Btw, you have the choice of the regular sized bubble tea or the miniaturized ones. Parking near the front was a pain in the tush as an elderly man stole our parking space. Yes, seriously. If you head to the side of the building that goes directly to the food court area, your chances of nabbing a parking space is much higher.

I am no stranger to this place, within walking distance from the train station. I love bubble tea and this seems to be one of my go-to places for bubble tea. I know that there are a lot in Richmond(a dime a dozen), however, this place will make it with real milk tea. Very cheap bubble tea that actually tastes decent. This is more of a grab and go situation before heading home. Instead of an over priced frap at Starbucks I tend to come here for my treat craving.

This place used to be good! Now the milk tea taste really bland and watered down! I gave it multiple chances! I’m not coming back here.

Fresh Elements is a small stand located in the food court of the shopping complex with the T&T market. They have a variety of drinks for you to choose from, from bubble teas to smoothies, etc. I opted for a hot half coffee/half milk tea, which was good, but not amazing. Decent prices, but I can get better milk teas in California.

One of the more affordable places in Yaohan. Had the lychee slush and my wife had taro milk tea. Both of us got pearls and made our drinks half sweet. Total still came under $ 9; not bad. We came during a Saturday afternoon so there was quite a bit AF activity with the grocery shopping crowd. Even so, the drinks were pretty quickly made. The pearls are a bit smaller than other places but have a good texture(chewy but not too hard or too soft). And half sweet actually tastes half sweet, unlike some other places where it still feels like a rush of sugar has hit your mouth. Overall, a good option in this area of Richmond — if you can find a parking spot. Lol.

I ordered a 7-up salted lemon drink and hubby ordered their milk tea/coffee mix. My drink was perfect, with lots of carbonation. They were generous on the salted lemon so it was very flavorful. $ 2.99 for my 21oz drink and hubby was around $ 2.99 for a 21oz as well.

I was in need of a last minute boba tea place that had to be open early because it was 9:35am and me and my friend were heading to Vancouver in a bit for a field trip and. I wanted a boba tea place that was on number 3 road in Richmond so I don’t have I walk so far and first thing I did was go on Unilocal and did what I had to do and bam I found a place that I can go to and It was fresh elements and I was so so happy and off we went to go get ourselves some boba tea. That was a good fix I’ll tell you but I think the only thing negative would be is that we had to wait 15 minutes but it’s because they just opened and that gave us time to go into yaohan and we got ourselves dim sum, egg rolls and all that other yummy stuff we both dig for ‘breakfast’ hahahaha so yeah, this place would be my go to place in the morning because all the other boba tea places are mostly opened at 11am and some at 2pm goshhh. So that’s my review and yessss! More over 3.75 out of 5 but I will go to you guys during my school breaks!

If you’re all in for the regular pearl milk tea, not willing to spend much, only have a few bucks or spare change, have a friend with you who also wouldn’t mind a drink, this is probably the best deal in town! We came here after having dim sum nearby and I was kinda craving for this drink, haven’t had it in a long time, and it’s sort of like McD’s… when you don’t have it in a long time… it just harps on you till you chase it down. I come to Yaohan with my significant other quite frequently, and we walk around the food court, and I’ve always known about this deal, «2 for 1», and this was the day we were going to take advantage of this. The 2-for-1 is very limited, with their regular milk tea mix, and another one which I cannot name. I’m all in for classics. and what defines bubble tea(or if you like to call it boba, what is this. Star Wars?) then this staple. For $ 4.20 and your getting two regular sized cups of this housemade brew, it’s cheap… dirt cheap, which makes you wonder… is it a, «you get what you pay for scenario?». We picked two of the same drinks, the only difference was one had the regular sized ‘pearls’, and the other had the mini ones! We had to wait awhile, for this price I would suggest you shut your trap too, for our drinks to come on out, but when they did we scooted away with them and found a spot in the food court. The one problem we found, and it’s a dumb one, is that you need a ton of effort to poke a hole with the big straw into these cups, the straws aren’t that strong! But after I finally lodged this thing like a missile into the cup the taste test was on! When I’m with my dear, I usually allow her to try things first… since she has a Taiwanese background and this drink was born from her homeland, might as well let her be the judge, also she is not a fan of unhealthy things, so this is a true test! It was great to see the first reaction of the cautionary suck. She smiled, and tried to hide it, as it probably brought her back to the days of her youth, and all the unhealthy foods we decided to have. She even said, this is soooooooo bad… yet pretty good. I then took the cup and drank a little with a few ‘pearls’ between my teeth. First to the balls in my cup, well not bad, good chew, not too slimy, easily could use as projectiles, and may stick on walls… cooked thoroughly to the core, definitely edible with a slight sweetness, not as honey sweet as some, but good, doesn’t take away from the drink. The mystery milky tea liquid in the cup, not too sweet, where my dear said, «I usually ask for less sweet, but in this case. don’t need to!»… yes. the right mixture. Milky enough, and not overly sweet, like the perfect mixture, it makes me want to come back and try the other stuff, like their flavoured selection. and even their hot selection. that will have to wait, but I definitely recommend this place. 2 cups for the price of 1. there’s two other bubble tea like joints in this food court and they still haven’t caught on. or just don’t want to take the loss. Don’t worry, this cheap price is all good, dig up the lint covered change in your pockets and spend it happily here!

2 for 1 bubble tea. Too good to be true? Not at all. After a MSG loaded dim sum lunch. My significant other, our friend, and I decided to «walk off» our food by taking a stroll in the nearby food court. Yes, it doesn’t make sense but we did it any way. We decided on bubble tea since none of us had it for a while. Since there are 3 stalls within the same Yaohan food court selling pretty much the same thing — bubble tea/corn syrup loaded fruity beverages, we left the decision to Unilocal app. So we came here, saw the 2 for 1. You have a choice between red tea or green tea and big pearls or small pearls. We got red tea with big pearls and green tea with small pearls. The beverages were decent! The big pearls had a great chew. They were fresh. If they weren’t fresh(and left for the next day) you can really feel the hard«knob» when you bite into the pearls. The ratio of sugar to ice to tea was good. The tea was aromatic. I am impressed.

Cheapest bubble tea in the food court! Warning though: the house bubble tea isn’t really buy one get one free. One is $ 2.65, two is $ 4.50. So you’re still paying for the second one. The green tea bubble tea is great though. Tastes just like the ones in Taiwan.

Great place if you’re looking to get a good deal for your bubble tea fix. I’ve been here numerous times and have always gotten the house special bubble tea(because it’s $ 3.99 plus tax for two). Due to the fact that I have only had that one flavour, I can only base my review on that. Based on that one flavour, I would say their bubble teas are excellent value, not too flavourful(if the taste is too overwhelming, it turns me off), and the pearls are soft yet chewy. The only reason I took a star away is because it takes them a pretty long time to prepare their drinks. Today, for example, there were four people working but it still took them around 10 minutes to make my two drinks(I believe there were 2 orders ahead of mine). That is unacceptable in my books, so if you are in a hurry to get somewhere, probably best to go with another bubble tea location.

This is the best bubble tea in Richmond plus the best value for your money. I usually order green milk tea and it’s flavorful, tastes like tea, and not overly milky like most other places.

Very impressed w/their takeout: ordered 2 of their specials drinks, so they put the 4 bubble tea in a solid, plastic tray that even Mcdonalds can learn from with their cheap paper ones. Well, i suppose it’s better for the environment but the plastic one doesn’t seem to tip easily. Another bonus for the clean freak i am, is their plastic-wrapped straws, what an impressive feature. Just don’t know about other places and touching money while getting you the straw – yuk! Great corner location, and friendly staff.

Apparently this place has been open for a while now, but their Grand Opening Specials are still quenching people’s thirst. Their grand opening deal is 2 House Special Milk Teas with boba or Green Milk Teas for only $ 4! In addition, they have daily specials on different drinks written on a psychedelic neon board. Fresh Elements serves bubble tea of all kinds and specialty drinks such as slushes, fresh fruit juices, fruit smoothies, and HK specialty drinks. The price ranges from about $ 2 – 5. I’ve only had their House Special Milk Tea with boba so far. The milk tea is smooth, light yet flavourful and the boba are chewy and have that sweet delectable taste I strive to find in all my BBT. I heard that Fresh Elements is also associated with Golden Rice Bowl, a neighbouring food court stall. If you order an entrée from them, you get a discount for one of the specialty drinks at Fresh Elements. Food and drink combo? Winning! Overall, a great place to grab a drink but beware on the weekends, I waited about 15 – 20 minutes for my drinks because there were so many people soaking up that grand opening deal.
