Yummy Deli and Coffee

Great little place for Breakfast! Super friendly owner, who provides five star service. The food is very good and very inexpensive. They even have homemade strawberry jam for the toast!

A little hard to find. (It’s on the back side of the building, by the parking lot)

$ 3.50. Three sausages, 2 large eggs made to order, and 2 slices of brown toast. Coffee’s not bad for a dollar. For a sweet $ 1.50 extra you can have bacon potatos on the side. No frills. Large crucifix on the wall. Somewhat legible whiteboard daily menu. I wish the eggs were cooked in butter and seasoned with at least some salt, but it’s probably healthier the way they served it.

At first glance it doesn’t look like much. The décor doesn’t show any potential of being anything extraordinary. It’s situated in primarily a business district without any other surrounding coffee shops and eateries, therefore, they have cornered the market on this one. Basic diner food cheap. Food is okay. Had the full breakfast for under $ 6. Coffee was okay, nothing over the top but hit the spot. Customer service was good.

Had the 3.50 breakfast this morning and I know exactly what they hype is about.
Very simple sandwich shop setup with simple food and friendly service.
You order, pay up front and someone will bring it to your table. Typically only one person behind the counter. They will clean up after you, no need to set your plate aside.
All condiments provided and plentiful.
Cheaper than mcdonalds and a whole lot more positive this is real food.
This is probably for hospital workers and patients.
Skip whatever you have going on in whatever bad food court and come over here to support this business.
Did I mention 25% off the weekends? I could have had this breakfast for 2.63 $!
This place is pretty much on par with the value of an ikea breakfast without having to go to ikea and supporting a small business.
Very much worth your patronage if you’re too lazy to prep your own food at home.

Im surprised that this place hasn’t had any reviews yet! They opened about 5 months ago, Hubby and I walked by this place before and we finally came in today for a Sunday morning treat.
This place is located in the medical building across from the hospital and worksafe bc. It is a good alternative to the hospital cafeteria, if you’re needing some time away from the hospital or want a quiet place to eat. I wish I knew about this place when we had to stay at the hospital on a regular basis.
Prices are super cheap and unbelievable! Two eggs, pancakes and three strips of bacon was only $ 3.59. If you just want toast, it’s only $ 2.59. Your choice of sausage, bacon or ham.
This is a small, family run business and the folks here are extremely helpful and friendly. They took great care of us, making sure our coffee and water was full and HOT!
The atmosphere is straight forward, cafeteria like. Very open with comfortable seats and most important of all — CLEAN!
3 breakfasts with coffee only came to $ 10.50 — you can’t even get that at A&W.
Overall, we were quite pleased with the food, service and environment. This will become our new breakfast staple. They also have entrée type of dinner and lunch offerings that we hope to try during the workweek and will share that experience on here when we do. Free wifi too.
