It was an early supper for me tonight we were in about 4:30. It was quiet except for some regulars at the bar. Service was good and the food came out fast and hot. One rookie mistake was we were not even half way through our appetizer and they brought out our mains. Which lead to our mains being cooler than we liked. There was also a shift change while we were there and our waitress didn’t even let us know and we we left alone for quite a while wanting drinks before someone else came to our table. Over all a good experience I would come back

Went to the BH Spruce Grove for the first time in years and had free breakfast! The food was cooked perfectly for all three of us! A few minor snafoos(lack of condiments, only one knife brought to the table, etc.) were fairly quickly addressed and we were all full and happy. I had a couple of bad experiences at this location a few years back, and in my opinion it has improved leaps and bounds since then! I especially enjoyed that a manager came out to ask how everything was and if anything was lacking, etc.

I have been taking clients and employees here during the work week for lunch. The service has been excellent every time. The food is delicious and filling enough without feeling stuffed. The kobi burgers are incredibke and the summer menu has been perfect. The sound level is just right for lunch meetings. I will certainly be coming back.

Just another club that is trying to also be a restaurant, not my kind of thing. If you want to sit, eat and drink with friends I’d rather go to brewhouse. If you want to get drunk and dance I’d go to electric rodeo. The beer hunter is kinda last resort for me.

Wobbly Wednesday on April 1 had a mixed experience. I love hot wings and I asked for the replacement to their stupid hot and loved what they served me. But… Asked for a side of fries and got less for $ 4.00 than i expected. Potatoes are not that expensive are they?

Drove by this place several times and finally decided to stop in. We were not disappointed, we tried the burgers and was very good and filling. The staff is very friendly and prompt service. It is a sports bar so I’m thinking it will get very busy on the weekends

Best service I have received in a long time. Breanna is awesome. I would like to visit her every day but I don’t think that would be a good idea with food that good.

Probably the best place to go for Friday Night Wings and beer in Spruce Grove. The wings are delicious, and the beer is cold and reasonably priced. The bucket cocktails are tasty and fun, you even get to keep the bucket! Service has definitely gone downhill in the past few months, I used to be able to be able to recognize the waiteresses, now we get a new one every friday night. As a result, service is slower and just not as good. I had a waitress who only remember to wipe down the dirty table for us after she brought us our food. Be warned about The Ranch Dressing, on $ 5.00 wing nights, they’ve started charging $ 4.00 for Ranch Dressing. We’ve always declined in the past, because we don’t like ranch. The last waitress didn’t even ask, which led to a conversation about how we weren’t going to pay $ 30 for ranch dressing we didn’t even use. It was just kind of offensive to be charged $ 30 for seven little cups of ranch that sat in the middle of the table uneaten. Especially since we had all ordered at least two drinks, as well as cocktails. The waitress let it go, after pointing out that we ONLY paid $ 5 for wings, so all’s well that ends well, I guess.. .

Haven’t been here in a while. Today was great. They have changed the layout a bit and added some booths., the service is great, and the wings are the best in a 200 mile radius. They are huge(have boneless also), cooked perfect, and delicious. Glad to be back Hunter.

One of the best places to go in Spruce Grove if you’re not into overly crowded bars(cough cough Brew House cough cough). The food is mediocre but luckily the service makes up for it. Drinks are reasonably priced for the most part. Every weekend it’s busy with loud music and people. The good part is that it’s not deafening like most places. They cater to the older crowd(mid 20s — 40s) which is amazing in my books. Amazing job Beer Hunter. Just get more parking and I’ll be 100% happy!

Once again, the management at The Beer Hunter has lost another customer. I have tried to give them my business through all the bad service and mediocre food since they opened this location. I always went there for Oiler and Eskimo’s games. The place is always almost empty, which makes it easy to find a seat. You would think that would tell their management something. Either they don’t care or they are just incompetent. Canadian Brewhouse is packed for every game. The last straw was tonight, as I thought I would catch the Oil tonght. In the middle of the first period, the manager switches half the TV’s to Baseball. With only eight people in the place, maybe switching a couple or the one where the one person in the bar who actually wants to watch baseball can see it. From my seat, the game was basically lost to me. When I asked them to put the TV’s back so I could watch, he told me to move to a different table. When I compained this this was bad service, I was told to go somewhere else. Which I will be from now on. This is the kind of management and service that has led to this place being a ghost town on game nights when it should be packed. Great Job Beer Hunter! Keep up the poor service!

This is a great place to grab a drink with friends and they’ve got TV’s everywhere so its your typical pub and is good for sports games(especially UFC). I haven’t had much to eat at this place so I can’t comment on their food, but this is definitely a happening place on the weekends with decent service and good bar-tending.

2 words… Wobbly Wednesday… all drinks $ 4. And as a Guinness drinker that is a beautiful thing. Wings are also cheap on Wednesday and let me tell you, their wings are not your typical crap cheap wings. The only downfall with the Spruce Grove location is the amount and placing of TV’s. compared to other sports bars they are missing out and need to expand. I couldn’t imagine what an NFL Sunday would be like with so few TV’s.
