Decent little Ramen spot. Broth is executed nicely with good depth and complexity of flavour. Yes, as other reviewers have noted, they are skimpy on the proteins… only 2 small pieces of chashu pork in mine. Its not a big deal as the overall portion size is decent. If this was downtown, I’d give it 3 stars but given the fact that its the only ramen spot in Surrey, 4 stars. Worth checking out if you are looking for ramen in the valley.

I live in Surrey and I usually go ramen places in downtown(santoka, marutama, and kintaro) But! from now on we started going Full Ramen everyweek! Broth and the noodle are so much better than other places in downtown. Their food and service are constantly good. Some other places are sometimes good and sometimes not so good. We are always ordering Tonkotsu Ramen and Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen with 4pcs of Gyoza. If you pay $ 3.25/$ 3.50 more you can make a combo with either gyoza and spring roll. And if we want something more we usually order a Takoyaki on top of that order. Their Takoyaki is soo goood. I wonder if they are making it their own.

Tasty and cheap ramen, absolutely recommended. The tonkatsu ramen is one of my favorites esp. with garlic oil. Pork is cooked to perfect with tender noodle. Took 2hrs going here from Vancouver, but it’s really worth the time.

As far as ramen goes, this isn’t the best– that would be on Robson in Vancouver. For Surrey though it’s really good. They have a decent selection and really good tonkotsu broth. The service is always friendly and attentive and the price is good too. We always get gyoza, a shiyo ramen and a tonkotsu, and everything is good. It’s our go-to place for quick and decent ramen.

Amazing good! Good service! Hidden gem it seems. Fast cook as order pops up within minutes. Try the pork broth — been there few times now and everything has been on point!

This is the only ramen shop in Surrey that I know of. Most of the shops are located in downtown Vancouver. We arrived at 9pm and were one of a few tables of customers dining just before closing time. We were seated right away and served tea. We both ordered ramen combos. I chose spring rolls and my date chose gyoza to accompany our ramen. The food took awhile to arrive. Once the food arrived, I took a sip of my garlic tonkotsu soup. It tasted pretty good! Maybe because I was super hungry too that it was good. The soup was on the saltier side. Egg was soft boiled. Noodles were cooked well. Chashu pork was decent. It was not the best I have ever eaten but it was alright. My date ordered miso ramen and had requested no green onions but the kitchen people ended up adding the green onions. He was given a bowl to scoop out the onion pieces. Our server apologized and said the ordering sheet was difficult to read for the kitchen staff. Maybe they should change the sheet to prevent that from happening? There was no taking the bowl of ramen back to remove the onions or making a new bowl. My spring rolls were made from pieces of shredded chashu and some veggies. It made for an odd texture to bite into. I preferred the gyozas. The gyozas tasted like the Hon’s variety. There is nothing wrong with Hon’s, but did taste like the prepackaged gyoza varieties. Service was minimal. Our server was busy with closing duties and serving a couple last minute customers who stopped by just before closing. I think this restaurant is good for Surrey standards if you do not want to drive all the way to downtown for tastier options. For people who hate the taste of greens, it must be challenging being served in Asian restaurants and having to find green onion or cilantro in their food order regularly.

The one and only ramen place I can find in Surrey. I have to say, it’s not bad. Broth is nice and flavourful, noodle is chewy. I only find the spicy sauce a bit leaning towards Chinese food kinda flavour. Other than that, I think this place is a nice solid ramen place.

Great food, good prices and it’s in Surrey! I’ll be back soon. Not sure what else to say… service was pleasant.

I got here and was starving, and there was a big group ordering. I ordered some Ramen, and a side of rice as an appetizer to tide me over. The rice came at the same time as the meal, and I sent it back since the point was missed by then. Luckily they were efficient in the kitchen and I didn’t end up waiting that long for the Ramen. If you go here, you aren’t going to be teleported back to your days wondering Tokyo eating from noodle houses and crying in ecstasy. It’s good Ramen, but it isn’t amazing. It’s delicious but it isn’t at the Downtown Vancouver level. Good portions(you won’t be hungry after,) good service and not bad of a price. If you are in Surrey and wanting Ramen, it’s a good choice to satisfy that craving.

I wouldn’t say this is the best tasting Raman, and a lot of their Raman caused me to drink a lot of water. However, I love the lady that works there, her service was excellent! For some reason I always want to come back for more Ramen! I’d recommend the spicy Miso Ramen. Get tea for curing the spice!

Legit maybe the best place I know in Surrey. I love it here and I come by all the time. Absolutely love the tonkatsu ramen & the gyoza is nice. I pretty much only have that everytime I go there though.

Went here twice now. Once was with my friends and the other by myself. The first experience was horrid. The broth was flavourless and full of grease, and the noodles tasted like they were made two weeks ago and then microwaved. However, since my friend was such a big fan of it, I thought I would give it another try. The second visit was not as bad. The broth was a little more flavourful, and this time I definitely heard the cooks in the kitchen microwaving my food. Not impressed at all. This is pretty much the only ramen place in Surrey, so in that sense it’s worth a try if you’re in the area and you’re hungry for some ramen. However, it’s definitely not worth going out of your way to visit. To put it simply, while you leave the restaurant, you definitely do not think«That was the best $ 10 I ever spent!»

If you’re in Surrey and craving for some ramen, this would be a nice place to get your ramen fix. However, I still definitely prefer ramen joints in Robson though. Aside from their ramen, I also tried their tonkatsu don which was just mediocre. The serving was a bit small too. I had to ask for some tonkatsu sauce since they didn’t serve us any and the tonkatsu don was quite bland. As for the ramen, if you’ve ever had an amazing bowl of ramen in your life, then their ramen wont blow you away. The interior space is very small and mundane. Nothing very special at all with the decors. Even the dishes have no special plating or presentation whatsoever. As for service, I believe there was only one friendly middle-aged lady working at the time who served us. Service was pretty much just getting our order and bringing them to our table. I wouldn’t recommend driving all the way here but if you’re in the area and willing to try this place out, I suggest leaving your high expectations at home.

The good: efficient service The bad: price to meat ratio was disappointing. Seriously, paying $ 10 for 2 pieces of sliced meat isn’t what I would call good value. At best the bowls shouldn’t be more than $ 8.95

This ramen place is very good. I brought my family and they enjoy it. But the customer service was okay. it wasn’t the best. She rushed us and it was our first time there. we wanted to take our time and look at the menu. But overall the food was great.

Today is a SOUPDAY if ever there was one. Granted, I think any day that ends in Y or comes after ‘yesterday’ is a SOUP day. Most days lunch is boring soup from a can, but lately I have had a yearning for something different. A B.C. local all my life, I love all the ethnic options available to me along Fraser Highway, & I had wanted to try Full Ramen for a while: reading Unilocal reviews decided it. OMG soup heaven. I had the kakuni ramen and tonkotsu broth… and despite a brief misstep with an errant seasoned egg(I don’t like ‘em!) I was thrilled with my choice. Comfort food, near-perfect seasoning, and when I added 4 gyoza for $ 3, I had almost enough food for 2(or the 300 let woman I once was!) I don’t know if the gyoza are made in-house, but they are big & tasty! A full order is 6 pieces. I was almost done after 3. Almost. I’m looking forward to working my way through the menu!

Love the Spicy Miso Ramen. The flavours and spices are layered and delicious. As opposed to some ramen places in Vancouver which have a bland one dimensional spicy heat. Never been to Japan so I can’t speak for authenticity. The noodles remind me of these particular Asian instant noodles you could get in India around the time I grew up. I can’t pinpoint what makes them so distinct. I’ll have to think about it. I’ve tried the garlic tonkotsu ramen which was decent but nothing special. The gyoza wasn’t anything great either. I recommend the spicy miso ramen with a side of rice. The tea here is pretty good(They use genmaicha which I love).

Our meal at Full Ramen was delicious! We had 2 spring rolls, a kakuni ramen in tonkotsu broth with added seaweed, and a kakuni ramen in miso broth. We haven’t ever ventured to the west end for authentic ramen, but we both thought this was really yummy. If it means that we avoid driving 45 minutes for ramen, it will suit just fine! I can’t wait to try more ramen and broth combinations.

Nice to have ramen in Surrey. Ramen is good. Food is okay. I do recommend it but if you want authentic Japanese ramen then I suggest Santouka on Robson. Nothing beats that! It is convenient to have good ramen in the area and beats traveling across the bridge but it’s hard to settle for less when experiencing the best. Give it a try you will like it.
