Terrible service.
My friend and I went in for a colour and cut. When we were all done and ready to pay, we both were being charged for extra services that we did not ask for. For example, style (my stylist said she needed to dry my hair to see what she was cutting and then charged me for a «style»). I was also charged for extra colour on my roots that I didn’t ask for. I was told they decided to do that because it wouldn’t look good otherwise. (We had never done this before).
My highlights were very chunky, not blended well at all. When I called in to discuss my hair and the price, I was treated like an employee who had made a mistake. I was told by the owner that I’m putting her in a bad position. Making her feel like she has to play judge.
I was told to come in and that one of the owners would fix the issue. I took time out of my day and drove for an hour to get there as I live in another city, hoping to get my hair fixed. When I got there, I was told that she would not be fixing my hair because she can’t fix someone else’s job. That it looked great to her and she was simply sorry.
My friend had asked for a light brown all over colour and she walked out with black hair and dark brown highlights. She was also overcharged and charged for style.
I have had issues with this salon in the past but decided to give them another chance, thinking the stylist finally knew what I wanted. I had to go back twice after my first visit. The second chance was a bad idea mostly for the fact that they did nothing to fix my issue.
I would think twice before going to this salon.

Salon Couture and it’s staff are the most professional stylist I I have ever encountered. The service is impeccable and I am always satisfied. I have been a patron of Salon Couture since their inception and the friendly and professional service has been consistently above and beyond my expectations. Thank you ladies.

All the stylists are rude and overcharge you. Do not go there. they all talk crap in the back of theyre little room when your gone. Go somewhere else for some real customer service
