Robin’s Donuts

I do not know my way around Surrey so when i saw this place i though hmm it doesn’t look too bad for a snack. It was either this place or my only other option was to go to Mac’s which is nect door. My Fiancée and i ordered food he got a chilli and I got a breakfast wrap… huge mistake. Have you every paid for something and then immediately regretted it while you are watching it being made? well I did when I was at this place I actually was so unsure about eating it just out of the sheer fear of getting sick later on. Anyways my Fiancée convinced me to eat it somehow. The wrap was old and dried up. The egg was heated up in the microwave and the veggies were soggy. Another thing that bothered me about this place was the fact that while my food was being made that the food was stored close to the floor as the worker kept bending down to grab certain things. I tried to see where they were keeping it but I was unable to properly see. For the quality of food they were also asking too much price wise for stale/​old food.

I went to this spot expecting some good donuts. I went around 3 p. m and there wasn’t much left. I had a pizza pretzel not impressed it was just heated up in the microwave. The donuts aren’t anything special, In my opinion they are below average donuts. The place was dead, I’m surprised they are still in business with Tim Horton’s everywhere. Overall I wouldn’t come back, nothing that I liked.

Thankfully this store has with stood Tim Hortons monopolizing on Canadian donut house coffee.
Coffee is great, donuts are great!
Only problem — it’s in a skeevy area with an interesting group of costumers — but it will never stop me from going there!

BEWARE THE SCARY KITCHEN LADY!!! my friend was standing beside the donut display… not infront of it. and this little asian lady came storming out and YELLED at him to stand infront of it and to get away from the side. she completely lost it… wow. considering theres only one robins donuts left in surrey. maybe chill the fuck out and youll keep some customers.
