Love this place. Great staff great food. Atmosphere of a real good pub. I would definitely recommend this place

On Tuesday they have 2 for 1 BBQ ribs from 6pm — 11pm, the first time I went I just ordered the ribs, no drink, a few minutes later in told I had to buy a drink otherwise they don’t make money from the deal, so I was forced to get a drink, the second time I go at around 9pm, bought a drink and then asked to get the ribs just to be told they are sold out, but over halfway through the night and they’ve sold out, how long have they had this deal… They should know to order enough to last the night. I settled for a burger which cost $ 2 for a slice of cheese and only $ 1 to add half an avocado, cheese isn’t that expensive.

Umm… I don’t know about this place. Not quite a dive bar but being in there definitely reminded me how close to Surrey we were. Drunk guys fighting in the parking lot, middle-​aged women with claw bangs and a Tom Petty cover band…
We both ordered the Sawbuck’s burger with yam fries and it was really good. Some of the best yam fries I’ve ever had and the portion was huge (I couldn’t even finish everything on my plate, a rarity for me indeed!). The burger was a big ‘olé sloppy, greasy pub burger and also pretty decent. We split 2 (small) pitchers of beer and everything was going alright until we seen the bill, $ 70! Yes, Seventy dollars for 2 burgers and 2 pitchers of off tasting tap beer (watered down?)!! Like, the burgers were good but they weren’t THAT good. Two weeks ago we were across the street at Browns, an actual NICE bar/​restaurant where we ate and drank WAY more and the bill came to $ 75.
I dunno if I’d go back here, there’s so many better options for food in drinks in this area.

Excellent food. Great staff. Always a fun environment. Karaōke on Thursday evenings is good, but not great. They do a great job of Monday Night Football. The décor has been recently update.

meh, so was here over the weekend. food was okay, service SUCKED ! Our waitress totally was MIA for most of the night, and then all of a sudden turned into our long lost best friend. Was totally annoying
