Worst service ever. Unfriendly, unprofessional. I took a shirt in to be cleaned and to have the button holes restitched. Not only did it come back not stitched, after it was sent out again to be redone, it STILL wasn’t stitched after waiting 17 days– Upon picking it up, it remained unstitched. When I called to complain the guy said(and I quote), «I don’t know what else you want me to say, I didn’t do the stitching.» WOW. Never going back there again even if in a post-apocolytic world, they are the last dry cleaners/seamstress standing. ps– I signed up to Unilocal just to write this review, that’s how terrible my experience was.

OK… I’m always honest in my reviews and hopefully fair. This Place just ROCKS! Seriously. Check it out. Its 415pm on Saturday of Thanksgiving Week-end. I have just spend the entire day shopping for suit /shirt /etc. for my job interview for Tues at 1pm. When everyone else said NO… these guys said YES. They dry cleaned 1 suit, 1 additional pair of pants, and 2 shirts. They also did all the alterations to the suit pants that were needed, and they were BANGON. Literally I’m dropping this stuff off at 530pm. It was ready for pick up by the scheduled time of 11am Tuesday. It was just perfect. The prices were totally reasonable. I think the bill was total $ 57 bucks which alterations in, is very good. You have dry cleaning, use these folks.

Excellent, professional service with a quality product. They offer same-day and next-day service at no extra charge, which is great — and they’re serious about it, too. I just moved to the neighborhood a few weeks ago, and I needed to get a whole bunch of shirts and a suit dry-cleaned. The prices are reasonable for Toronto($ 2.50 for a shirt, $ 10 for a suit) and unlike other cleaners, they don’t ask«when do you need it by?» and then ratchet down your expectations; they simply say«sure» and have it ready by the time you wanted it by. Fantastic!
