They are always out of stock.
This is extremely frustrating as Calvin Klein does not have an online store for Canada.
That being said, having started wearing Calvin Klein, there is no going back. Their underwear’s comfortability is hard to compete with. The only contender I can think of is probably Uniqlo, but Canada doesn’t have that store.
Service normally is pretty good, but very frustrating as the selection is limited.

If there was a Calvin Klein online store for Canada, I would not bother going here. The customer service seems to vary. The many times that I have visited there have been different sales associates, one day there were two female associates, one of the two was very helpful and greeted each customer (did not pick and choose). Recently there were two men who picked and chose who they wanted to say «hi» to and help out. Regardless of the customer service provided there are a large variation of undergarments to select from, but a lot of the time most sizes are sold out.

Comfiest underwear of life. My butt will no longer tolerate cheaper brands and lower thread counts.
They also carry a decent selection of sleepwear, socks, and bras. But keep in mind that this is a tiny store so they can’t stock the entire collection.
There were two nice Asian attendants working when I went. Even though they were helpful, kinda awks buying panties from dudes. Maybe they could try to have one male and one female attendant working each shift?

Was taken here by my father for a underwear shopping spree. Okay, this would not normally happen. But my Dad is from Manitoba and they don’t have any Calvin Klein Underwear stores out there. So on our wander about the city he specially requested a stop here for what he claims are the best underwear ever.
While he bought up massive quantities of underwear for himself, I browsed the bras and socks. I have a few Calvin Klein bras that I absolutely love. (Not purchased from this exact store).
The store is quite small. But you don’t need alot of space for underwear I suppose. Very sleek and modern, like you would expect of Calvin Klein.
I really found the Saleswoman very helpful and nice. She suggested some socks and my Dad bought them for me for Christmas :)
