Goorin Bros.

I just got the most amazing hat from here that I never thought I could work! Super witchy and giant :). I would have never been able to find it if it wasn’t for the most amazing staff at Goorin Bros! The store is jam packed with beautiful hats for men and women. If you don’t consider yourself a hat person I know that will change as soon as you come here.
They also sell hat accessories like hat pins and feathers if you want to get a lil’ fancy with your headgear.
Best service and best hats deserve 6 stars but here are the 5 that I can actually give you!

This store is small but bursting with style!
You can tell all the hats are incredibly well-​made, beautifully crafted, and they have pizazz. Everyone who works here is wearing some kind of funky hat and they’re really helpful.
Unfortunately, they did not have what I needed. And they were most certainly out of my price range.

If you are desperate need for a hat — run to this store! They have all kinds for men and women, ranging in different sizes. From casual to fancy to hey I’m going to the Kentucky Derby, you’ll find it here. Staff seem to really know their stuff and there is even a small area where they sell feathers so you can add them to your hat!
I did overhear one person who came in because the had re-​done her hat (I guess it was stretched out or needed re-​fitting so I assume if you bought your hat from here and it needs some care they can help you out!)
The only thing is, while I loved a lot of the hats, the prices were a bit too steep for me. Especially if I needed one for just an occasion. But if you wear hat on a regular basis then I would spend the money to get the quality that is here
The sign at the front says it has been in business since 1895 and the inside has that dark library in a mansion kinda room feel to it which I love. I almost expected to see people walking around with cigars for some strange reason

I loooove Goorin! If you ever want an awesome looking and very well made hat, this is the place to go — hands down.
I recently moved to Toronto from Ottawa, and while my parents were in town for a visit, my dad mentioned wanting to go to this store. He had been looking up fun spots and read that Goorin made high quality hats, so we went in for a peek one day.
First of all — the customer service here is second to none. The staff are not only friendly, but they are all very knowledgeable. We tried on various hats and were encouraged to take our time. They are able to recommend great hats for trying on in the store based on what you like/don’t like. They also offer other great services such as slight re-​shaping of older Goorin hats and smoothing of ribbon bands. The hat accessories are cool too — I went back for a vintage pin to add to my hat, but they also carry feathers! Love.
He finally decided on «The Doctor» and treated me to the «County Line» hat in black. I honestly cannot imagine a more perfect hat for anything and everything.
Goorin carries everything from classic to modern. Want an adorable cloche hat? Looking for a fedora that fits your personality? Or maybe just a simple toque? They’ve got it — and I will definitely be back :)

I love Goorin hats and I especially love the stores in SF, or maybe it’s just the really cute girls that I always run into that work there.
They make some really nice hats as well and I was more than excited to see one pop up in Toronto. The place has almost all the styles that you can order off their website.
I was only browsing in there and didn’t stay long and didn’t purchase anything but the staff don’t seem as quick to help as the ones in SF.

Great workmanship… A lot of stylish selections for all occasions: especially if you have a bad hair day.

I love how there are sizings… as one size definitely not going to fit all!
