This store(especially this location) has THEBEST sales associates hands down. I walk in and was greeted right away and the associates I came across with are so impeccably well mannered and very helpful. not to mention VERY well dressed. The selections aren’t as big since their not a big store but its quite decent and the key is to ask for some items. I mean that birkin/kelly isn’t going to come out on the sales floor you know. J’adore Hermes!

My experience was good. When I first step into the store it took a bit long to get a sa to help me. Then when a sa help me she was amazing she help me with all my inquire. She showed me Color and help me understands the brand more. Her service was really good. She got me addicted with buying good from the Hermes store. Well her service is impeccable which gets me wanting to come back. Well every time I go I just look for the same sa she amazing xoxo C.

I went in today looking for a belt kit. While it did take awhile to get seen the service I received was impeccable! For the most part it was a very nice shopping experience. And looking at $ 200 mugs helped pass the time. Overall if you want to make it «rain» definitely check them out!

I remember my first time stepping through these doors, it was my first time in any Hermes. My two Bridal Path friends shot me the stare of death when I ‘wowed’ at their $ 500 receipt for their seemingly unremarkable silk scarf purchase. Hermes has mastered the colour orange. This brand’s little relevance is the very factor which sustains its dignity in the vastly unending world of retail. Practical travel accessories for the truly stylish leaves most visitors clueless as to what is actually being sold here. The belts are complexly designed and its real functions remains ambiguous to the unseasoned shopper. The paisley ties neatly hung at chest height, a staple of the brand. Mysterious looking pieces of metal designed to accompany their unique scarfs. The merchandise is unquestionably affluent in artistry and craftsmanship. They are printed the old fashioned way, which is what the French uses as every justification when charging international human organ black market prices for any of their patriotic products. The salesgirls are immaculately dressed from head to toe, perfect foundation with equally perfect grooming, and they smile. They will retrieve and unfold as many scarves as required to guilt you into buying one, and what pleasant guilt it is because the scarves are truly beautiful. From culture to politics, there is a design for every affinity. Most merchandise is designed with ease of travel in mind as it is simplistic but sophisticated, bold but petite, colourful but discrete, shiny but not garish. What scarcity such perfect balance of desirable products, with serene ambiance and professionalism. The service will not be interrupted, and the gift wrapping is a cut above the competition. There are perks to not getting caught up in trending, like consistency in quality of brand, and merchandise that survives the test of time. I have to really love a girl to buy her a Hermes scarf, not only because I know the true cost of silk, not only because I am Chinese and can get something of equal quality from lesser brands that rivals in beauty, and not only because I enjoy exploring other brands, but also because giving someone something purchased from a brand that is synonymous with the good vibration in my life is risky business, it is both an investment in the brand and the recipient. One could upset the other. That’s it. Not because I still go ‘wow’ when I see that invoice.

The store simply wants to sell what it has out on the floor. I have had very good service from here and am greeted with a smile. They are not pushy so when I do need assistance I will find the sales associate who greeted me. But when you ask for items that are not readily available they loose a bit of interest to serve you. Perhaps the best thing to wear is a smile at the store.
