Really is buyer beware! While looking at Samsonite’s feather light models, I was perplexed to see one at a good deal, then saw a similar size, same brand but $ 250 more.
Difference? one made in Europe lol. and comes with a lifetime warranty.
But the downgrade really is their no refund policy, exchange only within 14 days.

Was extremely disappointed with the service (lack thereof) and the attitude of the owner-​man – he is the short dude with the white curly hair. Wanted to inquire whether they sold Delsey expandable spinners but owner-​man couldn’t be bothered to give us the time of day – other than to evil eye us for touching the merchandise. We took our business elsewhere and found the exact case we were looking for at The Bay on sale at 40% off. Very rude man with a nasty disposition. It’s a head shaker how this place has managed to stay in business for so long.

I’m glad it’s not just me who had a bad experience. The younger lady was helpful but I went back to return one of the two items I had purchased 10 mins earlier, the older lady was there and extremely rude. I was calm and told her they should really tell people it’s final sale and her response was «you didn’t ask». I told her I was disappointed and wouldn’t be back to shop in this store and she had the audacity to tell me «yes you’ll be back». Lol, are you serious??? Anyways thumbs down for customer service. Will not be going back there despite what that old lady thinks smh.

The owner is super rude. some older lady that is so anal about customers looking at the merchandise. We found the same luggage at bed bath n beyond just north of eatons for 40 $ cheaper and they offer a return policy vs 0 return final sale only policy.
granted she is cheaper than the bay for mkst luggages. still wouldnt shop from her again.

This store should be shut down. The fact that they can still afford mall rent is mindboggling, especially with their lackluster customer service. If you can offer a same day returns policy or even a refund to a client you had better start closing up shop in this day and age.
