Curtis was extremely helpful. So stoked they finally got a full selection of Nudies in stock — and at a much better price than before. Picked up a bear of salvage denim in black for just $ 179 … They used to be $ 225. Thanks for a great experience I look forward to coming back!

What a stressful and unpleasant online buying experience. They send me a jacket which I ordered online and when the UPS guy showed up he said that I owe another $ 301 for some brokerage fee. I was shocked! I called them to find out and Jenny told me that it is for US Custom and Border Agency. According to Canada-United States Free Trade Agreement there is now such fees. Basically I came to realize that they trying to scam me. Their shady unfair business practice ruined my day.

It was my first experience with Show Room and I wish it could be better but… Sorry, but who gave you the right to talk with customers on that way… I was trying to purchase parka online but they said I have problem with my credit card, I called to my bank they definitely did not see any problem at all. But when I called them back customer service was rude and annoying. Do not expect to much help from them! People do not EVEREVEREVER buy online from them they are SCAMMERS!!!

Compared to most other specialty stores, this place is my favourite. I stumbled upon this store when I was denim shopping for my boyfriend and I had no idea a store like this existed. HUGE selection on denim including Nudies and N&F, lots of G-Star too. Employees are so friendly and helpful, particularly Dale and Maria. They even recognize my boyfriend and I when we visit once every two weeks or so! Very knowledgeable and honest — they helped us pick our first official pairs of raw denim and I LOVE my purchases. I am probably a regular customer there now.

Absolutely the best place I’ve ever come across for pants. Good prices, great selections. I can’t believe how many times I’ve absentmindedly walked past this great store, but not anymore! Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a very energetic employee who hastily asked if i required assistance. I walked around the lower level until I found a pair of Cheap Mondays which I picked up and then was escorted to the back of the store, where the dressing rooms were. What I found to be really nice about the dressing room area(aside from the super cool cylindrical dressing rooms themselves!) was that there was a communal mirror. After trying on several pairs of pants, I ended up getting two pairs of Cheap Mondays, which a salesman was more than happy to give me more info about in terms of how the jeans would look with wear. Although the salesman didn’t help me that much(not that he wouldn’t had I asked, I just didn’t require it) he had been helping another shopper with choosing a pair of jeans,

The Show Room is a bit out of my way — but since they were the only store that had the size and color I was on the hunt for; plus they were willing to hold them for me — down I came for my Nobis coat. The shopping experience was an interesting one — but I probably will come back here if I need to pick up something that is more or less exclusive to them. I liked the fact that I was able to try on the entire Nobis line for women — before I made my decision and there wasn’t too much pressure in terms of making the sale — which is huge for me; as that usually makes me want to turn tail and run on the opposite direction.

Show Room is one of the best spots for jeans in Toronto! They feature an extremely wide range of brands, including Levi’s, Cheap Monday, Edwin, Diesel, Naked&Famous(made in Canada!) and Nudie. They have a huge, orderly table right in the middle of the main floor, and the jeans are even arranged by brand, from loosest to tightest within that particular brand. They also feature 32 and 34 inseams whenever possible, which helps if you’re not crazy about hemming or stacking, or if you’re tall and need the long inseams. Show Room also features clothes outside of jeans, from ultra-luxe Nobis coats, to Diesel and G-Star clubbing gear, to mod and workwear from the likes of Ben Sherman and Levi’s. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and are able to tell you about the quirks of their products. Prices are also very reasonable(often below MSRP) and sales happen fairly regularly. Show Room is a place not to be missed by denim heads!

Upon walking in, the workers greeted me with smiles and helped me find what I was looking for without smothering me with recommendations. The guy’s stuff is on the upstairs level of the store along with the sales rack and some of the women’s clothing. Show Room has lots of fun(read: expensive) clothes… Diesel, Energie, G Star, etc. One MORE note: every guy and girl working there were truly nice. Instead of making a sale to my friend, they recommended he try something else because the fit didn’t work for him. ++++

Okay, so I haven’t been inside Show Room for over 2 years — the last time I entered I walked out with the most fabulously expensive BROWN denim jeans that still give me compliments from strangers! Still, every time I put them on, I feel like a million bucks — which means worth every penny. Luckily my credit card wouldn’t have allowed me to make any more purchases or else I would have likely bought out a lot of the store. Their stock is always changing — which I love because it means: 1. I will likely never see anyone wearing what I’m wearing 2. It’s like a surprise every time I drop into TO and window shop From what I do remember, the staff was so-so. But when I get a so-so treatment in TO I just think it has to do with the fact they haven’t seen the ocean and mountains for while!

Best part about Showroom — even if you buy their cheapest jeans, you can get them hemmed for free. I bought a pair of Cheap Mondays that only cost $ 80 and got them hemmed to perfectly fit my short little legs. As for the store itself, they have a great mainstream jean selection — a huge table of Nudies, a decent selection of men’s Rock & Republics, some Earnest Sewn, J. Brands, Tavernitis, True Religions and Joe’s Jeans. If you’re looking for the newest raw denim from Japan, they’re not going to have it here, but if you just want a cool label on your bum, you’ll find it on one of their tables. Clothing there is cute but sometimes too flashy for my liking. If you like that Ed Hardy crap with all the rhinestones and lame tattoo flash, then maybe you’ll like their t-shirts, but I’d stick to the jeans. Something I’ve noticed during my experiences at the store is that it’s really inconsistent. Maybe they go through merchandise too quickly, but one day they’ll have those Cheap Mondays in black, the next the whole stack will disappear without a trace. The staff ranges from really helpful to really annoying to just plain rude. I’ve had a handful of awesome experiences where employees have helped me out in a «doing-their-job-but-not-being-annoying-about-it» kinda way, and a couple times I’ve been followed and hassled like I’m going to steal something, or ignored completely. But that’s only been once or twice, so the majority of the time, staff are great. Sure, this place can be annoying sometimes, and it’s usually pretty busy because it’s on that touristy part of Queen, but the free hemming gets me every time because it’s so darn convenient.

Great place with cool brand name clothes(G-star mostly, diesel, energy, etc) and a great place for men to shop. Unfortunately it is a bit expensive and I don’t think I can afford anything in there(shirts around $ 80, sweaters $ 120+, jackets $ 240+, etc) but still, they have a very cool selection. When I get rich(within the next 5 years) I’ll be coming here a lot!
