2 words, STAYAWAY!!! Where do I begin, everything from the customer service to the product and craftsmanship was a disaster. Right from the beginning scheduling a showing was not easy as it took several days to get one sentence responses from Laura from her blackberry. When we finally went to see the showroom, we chose a crib that we liked for a good price. Little did I know, we would get what we paid for! We picked up and tried putting it together, to find that one of the«white» pieces was stained in yellow. We brought it back to them and they gave us a new piece and acted like this happens everyday. As we tried to assemble the crib a second time, we noticed that another piece was completely missing a hole to insert the screw. Yet again, we had to go back. The guy there gave us attitude and screwed in a new hole in the back warehouse. Take THREE of us trying to assemble this crib, yet another part does not fit properly into the other!!! At this point, I was concerned for the overall safety of the crib with such shotty craftsmanship! Three strikes, you’re out in my books. So We returned with the whole crib and wanted our money back. The guy in the back told us to «have some patience» when we asked if anyone could help us! Finally when one of the owners came out he insisted that we were another couple that had problems last week(i guess we are not the only ones). He assumed we couldn’t read the instructions. Didn’t even apologize for the worst retail experience I have ever had. Thank goodness we got our money back and we bought another crib from Sears. Stick to big box stores, they have standards to uphold.
