Stopped here because I was looking for somewhere to take a rest, after walking around for a few hours. Someone mentioned this was a well known Canadian coffee shop. Me knowing nothing about it, thought it would be a better option than Starbucks. When traveling, I try to make sure I eat as much local things as possible, and avoid anything I can get back home. Anyhow, average menu as any coffee shop you would find, except there were plenty of tea options here. This was good, as the wife opted for tea while I chose coffee. It wasn’t memorable, but it wasn’t bad. The thing I remember most is how good it felt to sit down after walking around Stanley Park, then walking here! There was free wifi(password on a small piece of paper given to you by the counter person), but it didn’t work for me. I wasn’t too worried about getting online at that moment anyhow.

FTR bitches! Located on the corner near crate and barrel. I love blendz! Matcha green latte ½ sweet with almond milk. Can’t beat that. Perfect, not too sweet and not artificial tasting. Coffee places with almond milk deserves 5 stars in my book. Yeah, it’s a Canadian chain, so what! It just means that they’re more available.

I’m happy with their drinks, but they don’t offer a loyalty program. I work in the office tower and walk past this coffee shop on my way to Starbucks. I would stop more often if they recognized customer loyalty.

Decided to try their holiday drinks the other day(Gingerbread latte), which was just okay. I should have added an extra shot of espresso. Oh well! The best thing I’ve ordered from blenz is their green tea slush. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G with ice cream and better than Starbucks for SURE.

solid 3.5 w/the newer renos; now it’s under the escalator and pushed back even more when there was a gelato/sandwich place here before. It’s at an angle with a much wider presence before, long counter, and really, a martha steward décor behind it, looks different than the others. Real seating too.

My new Blenz thing is Matcha Banana Smoothie! This location had the mini-poster up about it, or I never would have noticed. Yum! It is cold, but not ice-slushy. I’m not sure what else is in it that makes it smooth, but the banana does the creaminess really well. I asked for it at another location, and it was available there, too. This location is a walk-by in Oakridge Centre, at the White Spot entrance. It has a decent seating area, considering(about 3 tables for two, and some cushioned benches). It’s nice and bright because of the atrium. It’s not a long-stay-study destination, but a good break spot.

I’ll make it short… I ordered soy latte here and I think it’s comparable to Tully’s, my favorite coffee shop. Good stuff.
