Wouldn’t recommend Cambie Cycle. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they don’t care — staff were aggressively unhelpful once I did locate someone, gave me the wrong stuff, very dismissive. Wouldn’t go back.

My experience with Cambie Cycles so far has included: asking to try out a couple of their electric bikes, talking with Brock (at length) to understand the difference between different models, trading-in my own bike for a fair value, buying an electric bike, and entrusting the store with packing and shipping the bike across the US/Canadian border. There always was good communication with the store staff and they followed-through with their words. This is a well-earned 5-star review.

I wanted to Buy a Folding Bicycle. I went to Cambie Cycles because there web site says they carry a few brands of folding bicycles. I went their at least 3 times checking different folding bicycles. The sales staff where helpful and the bikes i rode where in good shape.
