Roxy Burger

Just had their shepherds pie and the wife had the roxy’s burger. All I can say is I would come back any old time. They have great specials and great food along with great staff.

All the way from Tampa Florida! Great food and great service. From the outside, it’s hard to tell what kind of place it is. I glad we stopped in to try it out. I had the Smoked Chicken Quesadillas and my wife had the Classic Burger with hand cut fries. Both were awesome. The server was very friendly and helpful. I suggest to stop by and try it out!

Their Chicken Wings were actually drumsticks, probably defrosted and then had BBQ sauce poured over them. Their Bloody Caesar was mostly water with a hint of tomato and vodka. Interestingly, the Saturday special offer has exactly the same price as on their regular menu. The waitress was seemingly annoyed that we only ordered drinks and wanted to share our meal.

For a place called Roxy Burger I don’t know why but I always expected them to have less than good burgers. The burgers here are great, same goes for the fries.

Roxy burger has a really nice variety of burgers on offer. We had the taco burger and California with yam fries $ 3 extra. $ 13 dollar burgers a bit pricey but we enjoyed them.

The staff here are rad and the fries are awesome (when they’re fresh). It’s also open late late late on weekends for when I’m hungry and want a big filling meal. The only thing I can say that could be improved upon was a couple of times my order took a long time with a fairly empty restaurant, and the perogies order can be quite small.

Came out here after work for my second time first visit was a little rough but this one was great. I am assuming that the first time was an anomaly because this time was great and the staff is so nice. Great place to people watch on Granville.

This is my first time at the Roxy Burger after walking by it for many many years. The reason why I came down here is ’cause I was convinced by a friend of mine to come down for some green beer for St Patrick’s day weekend. I did need a study break since I was downtown anyway. I don’t drink, however, they put green food coloring in some club soda for me. Their menu was okay, however, there was obvious stuff that should’ve been there that was missing in the end. They didn’t have nachos on the menu even though they had all the ingredients to make it but they had just chips and salsa. Sometimes you just need a little cheese :), so where was the cheese? Server was friendly enough. Getting to the bathroom was a bit of a maze.

All is good at the Roxy Burger. I love spending money at the Roxy Burger because the staff is so easy to love. I assume there is a mastermind selecting their ambassadors of food and drink because all of them are such enjoyable people to interact with.
They have specials everyday AND THEY HAVE THE COLDEST BEER IN VANCOUVER! The cold beer brought me back the second time now I’m hooked on the staff. COLD BEER AND A BEAUTIFUL STAFF… There is nothing better in the pub sports bar sector.
Great music. Great sports. Great drinks. Reasonable prices.
Don’t hesitate to stop in with friends for a beer, game, or a great meal.

The hamburger is a generous size at 8 oz. I was full and satisfied. The hambuger meat was a tad dry, I prefer a burger more moist also the flavour was a bit bland. I had the Canadian with the extra 3.50 for the cheddar, bacon fries it was the best part of the meal. With a beer for 5.50 and a burger and fries for 16.25. I felt it was a bit over priced for what I got. All in all maybe I’ll try this place one more time soon somewhere down the road. I will add though the atmosphere was pleasent and service was very good, of course that’s all relative to how busy it could get. Today there was only 4 other parties here.

Sport bars. For tourist a brilliant place to eat and enjoy the likes as American Football on those big ass televisions. Another plus is that the service and other people are most of the times very down to earth and relaxed. Roxy Burgers is not an exception to those rules.
We were shopping in Vancouver and came by Roxy Burgers by chance. It was around 2.30 and the place was not crowded at all. On the television there was a barnburner NFL Superbowl 2014 rematch. Our server was nice but had a little more interest in the game than in us. Which was no problem. The delivery of the drinks, refills and the food did not suffer. Much.
The food was very good. My favorite guilty pleasure when abroad is the pulled pork sandwich. Theirs was a very special one. At first look not that appetizing. To be honest it resembled a turd gone wrong. But boy the taste. Pulled pork like I never had pulled pork. Spicy, sweet, complex in one word delicious.
We enjoyed the food and the game and would recommend Roxy Burgers to everyone who wants to grap a game, beer or a quick lunch. Before I forget WiFi was good, fast and free.

Possibly the best aussie burger in BC. Great spot for a beer (specials everyday).

Wasn’t my idea to go here.
.The service was good.
The menu was a decent size.
The drinks were refreshing.
My lamb burger with side salad left so much to be desired. The bun was like cardboard and the meat had little flavour, the tzatziki didn’t do anything to help matters. I have tried a lamb burger (at Moxies)
with feta & tzatziki a foccacia bun –that was so tasty and I guess I was hoping it would be similar.
The side salad was basically greens in a bowl. Nothing more.
My gf’s quasedia looked nasty, but she never complained — then again she was on her phone so I never asked.
I could see that if you had been out all night drinking and had the munchies, this would be a good place.
However since I was sober and hungry, I was really disappointed.

Dear Roxy Burger,
You are awful and I want my money back.
Worst burger ever… what a waste of time. I can’t believe this place is still around.

I really wanted bison on this trip-​I haven’t had it in years. When I saw it on the menu, plus the option to sub fries for Poutine, I was hooked.
Very, very tasty burger, washed done with an Old Style Pilsner, friendly service all made for a nice meal; one I will remember as part of my great visit to Vancouver!

Came to this place because I got a groupon for lunch. Probably wouldn’t have come here since there are so many burger places around — 5 guys, Fatburger, Vera’s etc.
Ordered the «Canadian Roxy Burger» which came with fries or salad. Not sure what else to say but it was just ok. The patty didn’t seem to wow me as it didn’t have a lot of flavor. The fries were ok too. Nothing really stood out.
Would I come back? No. I think the food is better at 5 Guys.

I love the chicken burger here. The buns is fluffy and the chicken breast is always very fresh, juicy and tender.
I am living close by so I have been there few time…
But now I am not going anymore because the staff is not friendly at all.
They all seem in hangover of the night before and seem bored to be at work.
Just too bad…
But as I am living close by I order for to go now… Bam!

I came here on my birthday with just a couple of other people. It was on a Wednesday. The place was dead, we’d never been here before and we were just looking for another drink or two before last call.
We sit down and our waitress comes over and asks us if we’d like anything to drink. My friend, who was already too many drinks in, asked what their drink specials were. The menu was in front of him but he hadn’t read it. She responds «Exactly what it says on the menu. Like exactly that». She said a couple of other things too, but I don’t remember those now. I don’t know if she was trying to be spunky or something, but it came across as straight bitchy. We were all a little taken back. I asked I (as per the menu), if there were any other desserts aside from the ones listed, and again, another snarky comment. I ordered the cheesecake, my friends ordered a beer.
The cheesecake sounded and looked like it should have been amazing but it wasn’t. It cost more than the beer, Overall, I consumed 700 calories and an attitude I could have done without that night.

Als Warm-​up für das Konzert im Commodore Ballroom gedacht und als gute Entscheidung befunden. Bedienung kanadisch lässig, Bier kanadisch durchschnittlich, weshalb ich mich auch für einen Vodka auf Eis entschieden habe.
Auf mehreren Fernsehern über der Bar laufen Filmklassiker und Sport, auf der Straße brennt die Luft und die Burger sollen laut den Einheimischen auch mehr als gut sein. Davon werde ich mich bei Gelegenheit dann noch selbst von überzeugen.
