Love this place for a quick bite when I am working downtown — amazing salad selection and fruit with some Korean inspired side dishes(beef, chicken, soup of the day and hot rice). Yum!

Great choice of cold salad and now of Hot dishes which is nice when you don’t feel eating cold. They always have 2 hot soup, homemade and they change them daily. They do fresh smoothies room with daily specials one with the seasonal fruits. They have a lot of mixed salad and some of just veggies. The fruit buffet is always nice, especially in summer time. My big favourites are the Mango salad and the pumpkin, coconut soup. Down side… can be pricey if you have a good appetite and quite muggy in the winter inside the eating area.

Terrific place. Great fresh veggies and some nice pasta/noodle/meat/tofu dishes to pile on. Won Ton Soup is wonderful as is the service and attitude.

with a name like«salad loop», you think it would be really healthy and it can be… but i always opt for the delicious pasta salads, butter chicken, fried rice, and naan, making my healthy sounding meal not so healthy. great pre-made salads(everything from quinoa to pasta to couscous to orzo), i love it all. i love how you can take a little bit of everything, so you can taste it all. reasonably priced, and actually pretty cheap if you’re not that hungry/don’t eat a lot… unless you get fruit. so don’t get fruit(because they do it by weight, and fruit is heavyyyyy — i found this out the hard way).

Food here can range from bad to very good. Lucky for me, most of the time I enjoy the food. You can choose what you want to eat, the portions and be as picky as you want with the items you scoop onto your plate. For example, there was quinoa salad and I carefully scooped a spoonful without any raisins. I like the fact that you can have a little bit of everything because variety in food is the spice of life! Today, I had: Tofu, brown rice, curry chicken with potatoes, avocado salad with tomatoes, pasta salad with tuna and olives, grilled zuchinni, quinoa salad, Thai noodles, strawberries, pineapple and watermelon. Just be careful not to fill up your plate too much. The price is based on weight and it’s easy to go overboard with all the options available.

Salad Loop is great for the downtown eater looking for something OTHER than a greasy pizza slice or more sushi to stuff in your gullet. This Loop is large, clean and offers a BIG assortment of pre-made salads like Korean Noodle, Quinoa, Pasta etc or plenty of fixin’s to create your own. You’ll probably average about $ 6 — 9 for a lunch sized helping. They’ve also got a warm buffet that I’ve yet to sample. Looks Indian inspired but don’t quote me.

When faced with the food court eating dilemma I always seem to gravitate towards everything that is terribly bad for me. I like the fact that recently most malls have added a Salad Loop to the mix… The fixings are always fresh and clean… very important. and they have a fantastic selection of vegys to choose from… as well as meats, cheeses, other pre-made salads like potato and noodle… this location has a great fruit selection that I like to add to the mix when creating my meal. You do have to be carefully that you don;t get to excited and just start pilling on the greens… they charge you by weight and surprisingly spinach topped with tomatoes, mushrooms, green pepper, tuna and some salad dressing can weigh an awful lot… don’t waste the wright on empty calories like the dressing…
