Was really hoping this place would get it right. So many businesses have failed at this location. I ordered 2 burritos which were sub par. To the owners of this place please take training seriously. You only have one shot at a first impression. The burritos were tiny and I received so little beans and chicken that it wouldn’t have filled a 8 year old girl. The employee that made my burrito could hardly make a burrito and it was about 3 inches long and the tortilla was butchered. It took 3 attempts for her to even get it to a decent place so she asked another employee to do the next one. I’m to nice to say anything to the employees but you need to train way more. Don’t have people making food until they meet a certain standard it just makes your businesses look really bad. Not being a dick just giving honest feedback. Not too sure I would come back which is sad cause we need more burrito joints in town badly and I’m sick of chipotles lines. Lastly your mild and medium salsa. I got some to go and it was basically 90% water.. Beautiful location but needs to pick up its socks real quick to survive.

This is my favourite way to eat – a bowl of goodness with lots of flavour that leaves me feeling good. Interesting ingredients, decent prices, and one of the few places I can eat as a gf/vegan downtown. Will definitely be back.

The burritos were okay, the flavour of the chicken wasn’t as good as I had hoped. I still prefer chipotle but it’s nice not to wait in an insane line and the inside décor is pretty nice. All of the staff were really nice but seemed unorganized and didn’t seem to have a system or know what was going on.

Their toppings are super fresh and it tasted bette than Chipotle. If I am in a craving for a burrito, I will gladly choose this over Chipotle. The environment is nicely decorated and designed. Recommended!

Came by on the opening day and the free burritos were great with lots of meat. Also tried the avocado taco salad, highly recommended for the salad lovers out there!

The service provided by the two girls(curiously, no hungry guys) was indifferent– despite being the only one in the dining room, there was no greeting(first rule in customer service) there was no offer of assistance with choosing the menu, explanation of concept(important in any new restaurant), and the entire meal was made with one word sentences e.g. «rice?» «bean?» etc. The wrap was folded wrong(open on both ends) very messy eating with the ONE thin napkin they provided. Food was ok, but bland.

This place is amazing, service was very very good ! And also LAMBBURRITO oh yes. It was very good and every thing was very very fresh the hot sauce was also very good. My Freind had a beef burrito bowl and she loved it again every thing was very fresh and flavourful, to me this was a much better experience than chipotle(one time at chipotle vs one time here)

I guess one can consider this fast food but healthy and simple. Average price before tax for a bowl is $ 8 which is the average cost of a fast food meal anyway. This place since it opened this year has been the healthy saving grace before shows. Lots of seating space inside, fast service and clean.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but I feel I have to warn people. I came here expecting an imitation of Chipotle and what I got was much, much worse. I ordered the chicken bowl. Brown rice, black beans, and chicken. Sounds good! Except here they place each item into the corners of the bowl, prison-style, which is odd when you’re expecting to eat everything together, you know, like a bowl. The chicken was the kind of bland, tasteless chicken you might expect to find alongside a plate of cold nachos at the Cambie. No sir, this is not Chipotle. To be fair the salsa was pretty okay. And they have some other cool choices like quinoa and kale. I ate about half my bowl and tossed the rest out, it was that bad. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Guys… I am so ashamed to admit it. But I was on my way to Chipotle. UGH. I know! But I’d just finished a spin class, was ravenous, and wanted something fast but fresh-ish. Suddenly a sign beckons: build your own burritos, bowls and salads?! In a nicely designed warm space? With no line? Sold. I was super flustered and overwhelmed by choice so I was pleased when, after I hastily selected ingredients at random, the staff member making my salad asked if he could ‘jazz it up a bit.’ Jazz away, I said, and jazz he did. The resulting concoction of fresh kale, corn, tomatoes, chicken, cilantro and crispy tortilla strips tossed in a tangy chipotle dressing was pretty magical. Or at least a lot better than the big C could have done. Plus, they’re a local business using local suppliers. I really have no reason to ever go to Chipotle again and neither do you.

Found this new sexy place on Granville street over the weekend. Very clean and modern décor. Their food brings freshness to the street where other food joints around are mostly years old. A wonderful new concept, where I choose the ingredients and they create my meal. I tried their Avocado Taco specialty salad and I just loved the taste!
