When you buy a tub of ice cream and you have terrible menstrual cramps and its named«Oreo Overload» you expect OREO’s in it! Amirite? This tub of ice cream contained waxy semi sweet chocolate chips, and one sad soggy oreo that I had to fight my boyfriend for. There was no overload. I’m bummed out.

The staff are nice but the many fruit flies buzzing around are very annoying as is the Super Slow WIFI network, even e-mails struggle to open.

McDonalds presents their food looking much better than what it actual looks like, but Cold Stone creamery takes the cake for food that’s way worse and smaller than the picture. Also, they were out of the topping that went with my icecream. $ 10.06 ice cream is expected to be held to a standard.

By far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. Has turned me off of Timmies in general after that experience, and lack of quality. The breakfast sandwich was thrown together in 3 seconds and was just a mess when opened, including only half a cheese slice. I ended up vomiting in the end. Terrible experience, I’m very surprised. Too bad, I loved Timmies.

The worst hot chocolate I ever had! Like water with a little bit of taste of chocolate.

The girl with blue hair always gives really good service. When I ask for weird substitutions in my sandwiches she always looks into if it can be done and Doesn’t just say«no». I tried the cold stone creamery today it’s really good. The only complaint is when I order French onion soup(my fav) they either forget to put the cheese or forget the croutons. They keep it very clean considering the area!

My second time coming here and i love it but i think they raised their prices. There is a nice area to sit upstairs to enjoy your food. I tried both the strawberry cheese cake and oreo overload. Both very deliscious. Going to try the hot stone next time instead of cold stone!

Tim Hortons is more like the Dunkin’ Donuts of Canada rather than Starbucks. The focus is more on their baked goods, particularly their donuts. They also have hot breakfast items and sandwiches so they corner the market on fast food and coffee. This location in the heart of the Granville Entertainment District is huge. The biggest one that I have come across. It is a hip and modern two story store. Top floor is where much of the seating is. Not only can you find Tim Hortons menu items, but they also sell Cold Stone Creamery ice cream here. I was staying at the Comfort Inn across the street and stopped by to grab some breakfast and coffee. They have a number of breakfast menu combos that are similar to what you would find at McDonald’s. I got the bacon & egg biscuit combo($ 4.99) which comes with coffee and a hash brown. Also grabbed a chocolate donut. The bacon & egg biscuit combo tastes pretty much the same as the one you would find at McDonald’s. So does the hash brown. The brewed coffee here is good. It did not have any sour aftertaste. The chocolate donut was okay. Like any pastry, it is best eaten the day of. It did not have the same freshness the day after which is when it was consumed. I dined in on the top floor and found it to be appealing. Particularly the view. This would make for a decent spot after late night clubbing nearby. This store is not open 24 hours and from what I can see it closes by midnight or earlier. I think they should consider keeping this location open till 2 or 3 am on the weekends. This Tim Hortons is great. It is in a convenient and large location that makes dining in appealing. And the service is nice and swift if you need to grab something to go.

This doesn’t fit anywhere with Granville street. In fact this sticks out like a sore thumb. Our Granville is losing it’s charm ’cause of places like this. Politics aside, it’s not the worst tim’s but the service seems to be lacking.

this location is horrible! i called a few days beofre going there to ensure they would have a cake for my fathers bday… the girl who answered my phone call assured me that they have plenty of this flavor and she would be sure to save me one for the following sat and there would be no need to order one i get there… no cake! not only that i tried to speak to someone about it and got the run around for 15 min when i finally flagged the mngr down she just apologized and i left empty handed will never go back… im assuming this is why so many of their locations closed down in canada… crappy service!

awesome location, loft-style-like with the high-glass, lots of light. Parking isn’t the greatest but it’s meant for the ppl who live here. Not a bad high-school date w/its lounge-like atmosphere w/fireplace. Nice to have the Cold Stone ice cream, the coffee lovers is the best, hands down.

It really is hard to find a better Tim Hortons than this one. Given their high volume I’m astonished the employees are so cheerful. First let me make a special note of Audric. I hope I spelled his name correctly. I asked for a decaf and it seems like company policy everywhere not to brew it unless someone asks for it. And then it’ll still take five minutes. But Audric devised a plan so that I would get mine sooner. All-in-all this is a great store run very well. I love the environment. Wish there were plugs for my laptop. But that’s not enough for me not to give it 5⁄5 stars.

You can pick your own ice cream story by choosing from over 20 toppings, to be melded into over 10 types of ice cream and sorbets. Then you can choose to enjoy them in 3 different types of waffle bowls. Their ice creams include orange, bubble gum, double double(coffee a la Tim Horton’s), sweet cream, and mint. Toppings include kit kat graham cracker crumbs, nerds, white chocolate chips, Oreos, and fruit. Waffle bowls come as is, dipped in chocolate, or chocolate with rainbow sprinkles. They also offer pre designed«signature classics», for those who can’t make up their mind, or want a guarantee great eat. These are ice creams with at least three ingredients, that are given quirky names. They include«the pie who loved me», «birthday cake remix», «that’s how I roll», and«all lovin’ no oven». And if all that sounds like too much, and the whole ordeal is a little too complicated, just grab a scoop of vanilla in a cup and call it a day. Would I go back? — Yes, I am an ice cream fiend and when you give me customizable options, I am a kid again. I can eat a serving of ice cream for a meal, and with their delicious waffle bowls, this fills me up no problem. And if that is not enough ice cream for you, grab a full size cake, perfect for birthdays; an ice cream sandwich, made with fresh baked cookies; or a set of ice cream cupcakes, 3 different flavours, each with either a brownie bite or gooey cake piece in the middle. Yum! Would I recommend it? — Yes they have good quality ice cream and can transform them with ingredients to make over a hundred combinations. And they offer them different sizes. A little cup, for those wanting to cheat on their diet. A medium, portion good for two to share. Or in my case, the largest size to gorge on all by myself, because I cannot get over how great each spoonful is.

This is a brand new location. I have been here a few times before, but just to grab a drink. Saturday morning, I go to get breakfast. There seems to be an issue with the customers in front of me as it took a bit of time. The girl at the til apologies, I told her it was no problem… So I place my order. I notice a discrepancy in the price of one item. I let her know and she corrects it. I then wait… and wait… and wait… finally I am given a bag with 2 items — not the 6 that were ordered. WTF. I calmly tell another staff member, who looks TOTALLY clueless! I show him the bill, and he looks at it with a blank stare of confusion. He finally walks away and I go and sit and wait some more. After some time, I go back up and ask where my order is. Finally, it arrives. I take it and go home. Once home, there is yet another mistake– the flatbread sausage is ham. Grrrr. Then to top it off, on one of the items there is a big GREENDOTONTHEEGG. I almost threw up right there. I am so put off right now, I want to give it a 1 star. However the décor saves it. So for that fact alone– it gets a 2.

First Cold Stone Creamery in Downtown. The whole Tim Horton’s is very small with only few tables, to not much chance to eat inside. The Cold Stone ice-cream was as good as always. Nice to have one finally nearby.

This new Timmies at Nelson and Granville is pretty nice. There is leather seating, a fireplace, and it has a distinctly trendy feel. And there is(yumm) Cold Stone Creamery ice cream too. As Tim Hortons locations go it is quite large, with a sizable upstairs seating area that is accessed by a looong flight of stairs. Fine for able-bodied customers but not so good for anyone with a mobility impairment. I’d like to see a couple of tables on the ground level with a sign that indicates priority usage for people with mobility impairment. They do this at most malls now and it is only right and respectful to accommodate people with disabilities. Apart from décor it’s the usual Timmies set up, with hot and cold food and beverages. There are separate serving areas for food and ice cream. The ice cream thing is fun, you pick your size(«like it», «love it», or «gotta have it»), pick your flavor or flavors, and pick your mix ins and they plop a slab of ice cream down on a literal cold stone along with your mix ins and flip and fold it all together with metal paddles. You can get the resulting concoction in a waffle cone, bowl, or regular container. They also have larger sizes to take out. Nelson and Granville is a logical location, it’s a busy street and as far as I know it’s the only visible Tim Hortons on Granville on the downtown peninsula, the others are all in malls or the SkyTrain stations.

This is a new concept Tim Hortons on the corner of Granville & Nelson and it’s amazing. This doesn’t look anything like any other Tims you”ve ever seen. It’s very welcoming and modern with a fire place and COMFORTABLE padded seating, not the wooden seats you’ll usually find. Even though it’s new, I didn’t feel like it was just a new location, the service was what you could expect from any established Tims. This one also has the new Cold Stone ice creamery concept. If you haven’t seen it already, you may want to stop in. This may be the future concept of Tim Hortons!
