Starbucks

I had the worst Starbucks experience at this Starbucks location. Employees I had were very arrogant and indifferent about their customers. No wonder why it was so empty. They need to improve on training their employees. Seriously. If u want starbucks, go to another location.

I wish I could remember everyone’s name at this location but I can only remember Rory at this very moment! Special thanks to this team of great people! I love this location because of the people there. They are all fantastic.

While it seems futile to write a review about a Starbucks location since they’re fairly run-​of-​the-​mill, I’ve had only good experiences at this location when it comes to staff. Being in the hard of the entertainment district means that it attracts some unsavoury characters, but the staff is always easy-​going and I enjoy stopping in here to grab a coffee and read a book.
I just wish that there was more comfortable seating. I think that there were only 3 soft chairs when I was last there, all monopolized by a young family and all of their shopping belongings. It’s not a blight on the record of the establishment, but I was stuck outside listening to the rambling stories of a really self-​absorbed young woman who felt the need to curse her head off while giving everyone outside a first-​hand account of her personal life. Fortunately, that family left and I was able to get back inside to sit down and read my book after a grueling 15 minutes.
Be nice to the staff here. They’ll definitely reciprocate.

This Starbucks is by far the best one I’ve been to since I worked at one (which was definitely the best of all) when I was in college. The service was super friendly and appropriate and I didn’t have to interrupt the barista’s convo in order to get my drink in under 10 min.
Love this one, and hopefully the service is just as good for everyone else.
