Tucked underground, from the Burrard expo line station. It’s not easy nor convenient for car commuters but for skytrain, definitely yes. stay warm and cool depending on our weather in Vancouver lol.
Ordered the old fashioned classic b/​c i’m a simply guy, the chicken noodle soup. Good sop base and lots of noodles, no cheaping out here.
Small joint, more of a takeout place but you can walk over to the food court for seating. actually, there’s a spot right behind that used to be for the Mcdonalds seating, as there’s no cashier/​counter but sure the seating resembles Rotten Ronnie’s.

Great quality soups. Located near the Burrard Sky-​train platform near the Bentall 3 side.
They have gluten free and dairy free options in soups as well as gluten free sandwiches.
I like the Russian and Moroccan soups the best. Try the Moroccan fritters on the side.
