It’s always so nice to go to this location and see Flora’s smiling face. It’s been ages since I’ve been to this location and it was SO nice to get a warm reception.
The coffee was piping hot and much needed. Nice way to start any day.

Best Starbucks I have been to in VanCity. Go here every morning. There could be a line of 15 people but I am away in and out in 3 mins max. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Really efficiently staffed. Keep up the good work guys.

The seating is ample, the service was speedy. I had tea and a hot water bag. It is not rocket science. I also used their wifi for about an hour to work on some projects.

All you need is a lil cozy Starbucks coffee shop!
Seriously it’s a forbidden place…
And it’s great!
Cuz most of the time they’re is
a crazy line-​up at the location on Robson st (the one next to Chapters).
So…
The facing for the pastries is always made.
Very fresh as well…
Whammy!
I love their croissant, oat meal bar and chocolate caramel muffin.
Ya know… Cheat day!

The best Starbucks of the lot. They always remember my name and drink order.
Because they are downtown and serve the business lot, they have a high turnaround on their products so they never serve you a latte with milk that tastes hours old.

I never used to be a Starbucks «regular», but I happily visit this Starbucks location on a regular basis. I pass by several other Starbucks, but hold out for this one for my daily cup. Why? It’s the staff. They are all really friendly and efficient, which makes visiting a quick and pleasant experience. Most other Starbucks in my orbit have staff who seem far more interested in chatting with each other than interacting with customers and give me that uncomfortable cattle call feeling that can come with visiting a chain. Not at this location! The people who work here seem to like their jobs, their customers, and each other. Service with a smile. Imagine that!
