I’ve found this subway to be consistently good with staff that want to service your order accurately. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but they take great care in loading up the toppings and doing it correctly. I’ve yet to see them make a mistake in my order — although there was one case where I had the cookie survey receipt code and they took a good 5 mins to get it sorted. Probably wouldn’t have bothered had I known it would take so long.

This location is a Subway Café, which to me just means they couldn’t find a bigger place to open, so they took this very small space and put«café» in the name. When I say small, I mean it. There are only 2 tables which have 2 chairs each. Then 2 small sofa chairs and 4 – 5 bar stools looking out the window. There’s also some outdoor seating, but it’s not much. As for the food, it was the same as usual. I give this review a 4 star because there was no iced tea(water came out instead) and I can only imagine what this place looks like when it’s busy. One more thing to add: the woman who was working was nice but never looked my way when I was standing at the bathroom for 5 minutes waiting for her to unlock. I’m still on a train now and oh man do I need to pee!

One star is honestly more than this location deserves. This location has terrible staff. There is only 2 competent employees, making it a gamble at best. I generally never make Unilocal posts however my recent terrible experience by an employee named«Mona» really enraged me. She is the worst and has no manners or basic interpersonal skills. Do yourself a favour and go 2 blocks to the one by Woodwards.

Convenient one before/after an event at Rogers Arena, connected to Tinseltown. Find it less busier than others. Plenty metered parking.

Newly opened, and looking nice and fresh. Quite small inside for seating, but has a couple of comfy armchairs tucked in the one side by the pop dispensers. The staff did a quick job of putting together the sandwiches, and it was pretty good. Maybe the toasting could be a little longer… but that’s a little nitpicky. Dropping stars because well. Subway bread is just paste(doesn’t seem to matter which type you choose), the cheese all tastes like margarine, and the meats are generally all filler and nitrates… but it’s cheap, and well… Subway… what do I expect(for a Subway, this place seems pretty good). We’ll see if it can stand the test of time.
