Found this place because a friend’s recommendation. Ordered a whole roasted pig for Easter party for $ 178 and I asked specifically for filipino style lechon cause the guests are mostly filipino. Almost all the skin is crispy and the best part is they roasted most of the fat away except near the head and neck. The crackling just separates from the meat. Surprisingly the meat is not dry. Usually roast pork would have lots of fat. So this«low fat» version is unusually good. Service is good. They kept my pork warm in the oven till I arrive to collect it.
